Countless water droplets surrounded the floating Merlin like a sphere. The moment Merlin’s incantation stopped, he opened his eyes, and all the stagnant water droplets flew toward Merlin in the blink of an eye. Before the water droplets could touch Merlin, the water droplets congealed. Within a few seconds, it started to take shape and transformed into a scepter. Unlike Talia’s scepter which was golden in caller, Merlin’s scepter was black which was embedded with rubies from the tip to the head of the scepter that was diamond in shape.
