As if snapped out of a trance, Ace looked at her as if noticing her for the first time, and in that look, I saw something broken, something very old. Affection, perhaps? It was for the briefest moment but then it was replaced by anger, the emotions changing so soon, I thought I must be mistaken. “It’s Prince Antony, Melinda. Be sure to remember that.” Lancelot’s voice held such a rough, inhuman note to it that all of us looked at him startled, including Trevina, who Lancelot had just called Melinda.

Erebus frowned at that obvious fake name, and apparently, the young man could see his facial expression: "Not THE Lancelot, obviously, I'm only three hundred years old -- ish. But if you would like to know, THE Lancelot -- Arthur's Lancelot, that is-- he WAS a wizard." Erebus blinked, not seeing why that would matter to him, but still WAS a bit surprised at that new information. "So, you have been here 300 years?" Erebus finally spoke again -- He REALLY didn't like this wizard, who called himself "Lancelot".

(Lancelot’s POV) As I brushed my light brown hair backwards, I stared at myself many times in the mirror. Now that I look closely, I really have reincarnated as Lancelot Ral Constance. A slightly 23 and slender stature, Caucasian skin, with amber eyes and light brown wavy short hair. He has such beautiful features yet not much readers remembered him as he died very early in the novel. I also felt guilty because I too never cared to remember him, especially because he was an evil person, who just does everything that Avery asked him to do.

Neville realised that he had wandered into a private sexual exploration – Lancelot playing out a scenario for himself, watching himself, as a woman, in the mirror.
