Mi Amor
I said, yawning.
“Next to Señor Sexy?”
“Oh, God, no. I need sleep, not sex.”
He looked at me like an alien had inhabited my body.
I elbowed him. “I do need to sleep sometimes.”
I fell into my bed and dozed off immediately. But my dreams were erotic ones, haunted by a naked Javier Marisco, and when I woke around ten I had a hard-on that wouldn’t quit. I dialed his cell phone from my bed.
“Mi amor,” he said, rolling the r. “I was hoping you’d call.”
