Mia's Blessing Pet Shop Novels & Stories

As for 'Pete's Pet Rescue' it's the closest pet store we can get to by foot. Pete Avery the store owner opens the door for us. A motion sensory signals for the bell to go off, as we enter the store. Pete has been smoking on his break again. I can see the ashes resting in his salt and pepper-looking pirate beard. I am pretty sure he was a pirate in his past life, no one can convince me otherwise. "What pet would you like to buy today," Pete asks as his nostril flare? He isn't a nice man, which supports my animal mistreatment theory.

Monsters don't need reasons. "You've been a good girl this week. You've earned a reward," he says, not even bothering to answer my question. As we pull up to an outlet strip adorned with stores like Coach, Michael Kors, and Victoria's Secret, my suspicion intensifies. I've heard of these places from my sister, but I've never stepped foot in them. I didn't even know Dad could afford fancy stores like these until recently. I eye Diego suspiciously. "What are you playing at?"

he said, kissing my forehead before sprinting to get the automobile he wanted us to take. Mia moved behind him, and I hastily dried my tears before following them inside the Mercedes. I told the driver to take us to the mall, and as we were going, Miguel kept telling us humorous stories until we arrived. The guard unlocked the door for me, and I jumped out; by the time I got to Miguel's side, he had already gotten to the toy store. "Please go to him," I urged Mia, who was wearing flexible shoes as I went behind her. I walked inside the toy store, and everyone welcomed me cordially since I had some shares and was a well-known figure. "Ms. Brights, we have this new collection you might enjoy.

Before I could even start feeling sad, she quickly added, "Didn't you say you were looking for a job? I have one that's perfect for you." She handed me a job ad, her cheeks still pink. "It's an amazing job. That's actually how I met my boyfriend…" After saying that, she gave me a warm kiss on the cheek, grabbed her bag, and rushed out the door. "Wish me luck! When I get married, you have to be my maid of honor." Being broke left me with no choice but to apply for this very strange job. The place listed in the ad was a luxury mansion, with a stunning garden spread across the front yard. Dozens of large dogs were lying around the garden in small groups, lazily sunbathing.

He had a lot on his plate and he didn’t need me to make things harder on him. With a quick shake of my head, I forced myself to smile. “Where should we go now, Maggie?” I asked, turning to her. I felt comfortable enough to defer to her judgment. She took me by the arm with a knowing sparkle. “Let me lead the way.” Maggie came to a stop and pointed across the street. “That’s what I want to show you, Miss Maeve.” Curious, I followed the direction of her finger and saw a corner store with large, open windows and various toys and furniture on display. Glancing up at the sign overhead, I read the big, bold words: Pampered Pups.

Timothy lowered his gaze and glanced at Mia, asking, "So, what's your offer?" Meeting Timothy's suggestive gaze, Mia swiftly adjusted her expression, retorting, "You're mistaken. I'm a person of integrity!" Shortly afterward, the store attendant arrived with a small toy, stating, "This toy is on sale for exactly 50 dollars. It's the least expensive item in our store and also a suitable gift for you, sir." Glancing at the modest toy, Mia couldn't help but notice its simplicity compared to the lavish gifts Timothy had previously selected for Ginger.

Christian promised to himself. “Can we stop by at any mall? I bought nothing for Daniel.” Mishka said, and Christian directed the driver. Soon they stepped into a mall and Mishka walked inside the toy store. Christian just roamed around in the toy store when his eyes landed on a big pony house and suddenly he remembered his promise to a small girl. He picked the pony house with a surreal smile on his face when Mishka appeared beside him. “Let go,” She said, holding shopping bags when her eyes landed on the pony house. “What are you doing with this?”

She heaved a sigh and asked, "I'm here to make tea and give you masşsages?" "And cook for me at home," Xenon added matter-of-factly. What am I to him?! A maid? A pet? A massage therapist? Miya thought and knitted her brows. Seeing her frown and helplessness, Xenon was pleased with himself. "Any questions?" he asked coldly. "No. Of course not." Miya answered apologetically. "Good. Do your job well, and you will get your bonus. Now, leave Miya nodded and closed the

Mia was already chattering about how she wanted a salt bagel with garlic and herb cream cheese. “Good gods above, woman,” Zane cringed. “Don’t ask me to kiss you after all that.” Mia blushed. I smiled. At least two people were happy in the realm of love. Not all was lost in the world. Speak of the devil, I spotted Bianca almost immediately. I heard her laugh before I saw her, wafting out of the open door of a local shop. The sign overhead read “Betsy’s Bridal Boutique,” and through the large bay window at the front of the building, I could see her.
