A breath of relief escaped my lips as I flicked on the small light. I couldn't sleep and decided to come to the sitting room. I struggled until I reached the TV and put it on, a rush of relief flooded through me. The cool, bright light dispelled the shadows of the dark sitting room, revealing the nearest couch. "Finally!" I whispered, grinning as I picked up the remote and navigated until I got to a station I liked. I sat on the couch watching the TV and the scenes were that of nude men and women. At the height of the darkness, the night-owls of suburbia are still well and alive tonight. At 12 midnight, three knocks came knocking at Agatha’s apartment. She opened the door to a young couple about her age in pastel-colored shirts that looked gross in the moonlight. “Did you bring the stuff?” Agatha asked. “All ready, mate,” the boy replied. The two followed Agatha to a large twin-size bed in the lone apartment lit only by the pale moonlight penetrating through the veneers on her window.
