Mikel replied blushing while shaking his hands. "You know them?" I asked Liam once we were all seated. "Yes. Don't you remember, I told you before that Mikel left with Samuel and that Oliver is his brother, from the club?" I frowned trying to remember. "You're too young to be very forgetful, love." He chuckled and I laughed along with him. "Sorry, I had so many things in mind. I don't really remember." I felt everyone was looking at us so I decided to change the topic. "So, what's the good news?"

I swallowed reflexively, feeling a muscle tick in my jaw as I stated down at him, my hands forming fists by my side that we both pretended not to notice. Mikey was the first to walk towards the table, Nathan and Jasral looked at them again.

Mike wasn't supposed to be the one I'd call but Terra my bestie, was out of town, and Nova was judgmental and didn't know much about mine and Josh’s relationship. Only Mike did, but that was only because Mike was Josh’s older brother. Despite our differences in age, he was down to earth and knew how to treat women better than his brother. But of course, we kept it platonic, but I couldn’t help but wonder where we could go if we could be together. "Mike", I said suddenly. "Mm?", he hummed. I mean, my little brother?” Suddenly Mike came and he sat beside me. “So you already met my wife in person, Brother. And yeah, we love each other, so why would you ask it to her? Of course, she loves me, don't you?” Mike looked at me and kissed my lips in front of Miguel to surprise him more.

Chapter 5 _Michelle's POV_ I got down from my brother's car. The gravel bit through my thin shoes. My knees wanted to fold. Kate and Micha were consoling me, but Micha looked ready to rip Levi’s throat out. His hands were fists. His whole body was a wire pulled too tight. I couldn’t let that happen. I wouldn’t be the reason they ended their friendship. They’ve been brothers longer than I’ve been alive. Before the old Alpha, before Dad died. If Micha throws that away because of me… because Levi chose her… then Levi wins twice.

As I looked into his eyes, I could see the secrets begging to be heard. “Well, everyone except my brother,” he said, causing a light chuckle to settle around the table. I looked over at Mr. Rossi to see his eyes narrowed into little slits as anger oozed from them. I never would have guessed that they were brothers. They could have been like Aria and I, only half-siblings, seeing as their last names weren’t even the same.
