After swiping the card, and while our pizza order was being prepared, we went to the shake drink stand, and Brianna pointed to the milkshake flavor with a cherry topping. “How many do you want, baby?” She raised her pointed middle fingers. “Two large milkshakes?” I confirmed enthusiastically. After she agreed, I told the salesperson Brianna’s order. “Does this have any nuts in it?” I asked to make sure.

Dre mixes the two flavoured drinks like a barrister, stirring with a straw. While Ruth watches, amused. Dre takes a sip first, then passes it to Ruth to try.

She said feeling weird at the thought of mixing strawberry and chocolate, a disgusting expression flickering on her face. Arthur chuckled, seeing the expression on her face. "Whoa, okay, no strawberry and chocolate mix then," he said, holding up his hands in mock surrender. He got to work, combining the ice cream, milk, and other ingredients in the blender, until he had made a creamy, chocolatey milkshake. He poured it into a glass and handed it to her with a smile. "There you go. One chocolate milkshake, as requested." Luna nodded and took the glass in her hands. she took a sip and closed her eyes as the delightful taste hit her taste buds. "Amazing."

CHAPTER 6.1 She gets on my motorbike as she sits behind me before I speed off to a nearby cafe which also serves some really fresh fruit bowls and really great fruit shakes freshly picked from their fruit garden located on the back of their shop. “I didn’t know what you liked?” She laughs, perusing the many options, but settles on the potato pancakes and grits. “Do you want a milkshake?” “OOOOh!” Her eyes lit up like a kid with an unlimited budget in a candy store, jumping up and down clapping her hands. “Milkshake it is then.
