Elias clutched Serena tightly, shielding her body as chunks of the ceiling crashed around them. He was nearly buried when a wall burst open—and Kael came flying through, claws out, eyes blazing. “Move!” Kael shouted. Mira appeared next, her hands glowing with deflection magic. She created a ward bubble that gave them just enough time to lift Serena and run. But the tremors grew stronger. The altar cracked in half.

The door of Neptune’s Cove opened, and Kiran calmly walked in. It was the climax of the fourth level of the Joyful Odyssey. Suddenly, a force swept toward Kiran like a tornado, and tables and chairs started floating. The unconscious women on the floor were rolling in all directions. Kiran was shocked, but he managed to compose himself. He took a deep breath and shouted, “Stop!” With a single shout, all the force disappeared instantly, and the tables and chairs fell to the ground. “Are you here to die?” Lilian’s question echoed in the place.

Chelsey cried and hugged Chad. Chad hugged Chelsey tightly. He wiped off her tears. He was so happy for Chelsey and thankful to the Lord for bringing back Rouge's conciousness. Meanwhile.. Rouge started to adjust his eyesight with the hospital lights. He was first seeing everything blurd but now he can see things around him clearly. He wondered why he was in the hospital. He couldn't remember anything for now. "Why am I here?" he asked the nurse in front of him. "You've just awaken Sir. You had been in coma for more then a month," the nurse said.

Elizabeth POV I watch as Miranda steps forward and starts to break down the spell before our eyes. Whatever she sees in front of her, she is intently staring at as she raises her arms slowly and her fingers start to move in the air. Almost like a maestro guiding their musicians. I turn towards her mother and the three new guests who have arrived. They spare us no time, looking to Miranda’s mother for an update on what is happening. She updates them as they all stand back to look at the invisible barriers the rest of us cannot see.

With this thought in mind, I quickened my steps and soon I was in front of her room. I had just opened the door when I stumbled backwards due to a high current. “ What's going on? ” I wondered as I began to pray inwardly. After several minutes, I was able to enter the room without any ado. The sight that greeted me was of Mira struggling under the force of a spirit.

A few black crystals that were fatal to souls landed on the hooded person's body. Soon, Mira completely surrendered herself to fate. After all, this time, she won't be able to get out of the explosion's way. One black crystal had charred her arms black, even though she only received the aftershocks. This time, she would drag him with her to the grave. Mira felt the inexplicable relief that she finally had achieved what she wanted. However, at the last moment, Mira suddenly felt a sense of reluctance. Azarias's figure and her friends emerged in her mind. Mira abruptly opened her blurry eyes. She didn't know if it was an illusion played by the warlock, but she vaguely saw Azarias's figure.

Mira broke off from Azriel and cut him across his veil, revealing his face and drawing blood. "Help me fallen!" Mira shouted. Lucifer stopped for a moment. He was trying to decide whether or not this was a ruse, until Azriel stepped in, and severed Mira's hand. 'If you betray this kindness you will pay.' Lucifer shot flames from one hand, and shortly followed the plumes with explosive orbs, creating a large smokescreen of explosions. "C'mon Mira!" Lucifer yelled into the smoke. Mira flew through the smoke and recieved a large gash against her back from a blade of wind that followed her. She kept flying until she was past Lucifer.

“You won’t believe it. I was cleaning the room like you asked, just keeping things tidy around Eugene, and then… he opened his eyes. Just for a second. He looked right at me. And then, just like that, he was gone again.” Becca froze mid-step. Her heart skipped, then pounded with sudden force. “He opened his eyes?” she asked, incredulous. “Are you sure, Mira? You’re absolutely sure?” Mira nodded, her hair tumbling loose from its braid as she shook her head quickly. “I swear it, Becca. I didn’t imagine it. He looked… confused, like he didn’t know where he was. But there was life in his eyes. Just for a moment.”

I grabbed the remote off the glass table and my hand was shaking a little when I hit the power button. The screen flickered to life on a morning news program, bright studio lights, a woman in a red blazer smiling at the camera. Behind her, in the corner of the screen, was a photograph. Of me. Not Vivian. Veronica, in the midnight blue gown, my platinum hair catching the chandelier light, standing beside Julian at the auction table. My whole body went stiff. I stared at my own face on national television, waiting for the anchor to say the words that would end everything, waiting for someone somewhere to recognize the shape of my jaw or the line of my mouth under all that makeup and blonde dye

After cleaning the broken tray, Mira excused herself earlier than normal. And the moment she stepped outside the chamber doors— She stopped breathing steadily. Her hands trembled violently. No. She knew what she saw. Twice. Not imagination. Not exhaustion. Something inside that mirror had looked back at her. And smiled. --- That night— Mira avoided mirrors completely. But sleep never came. Because every time she closed her eyes— She saw Elian’s reflection whispering silently through the glass. And somehow— Deep down— She felt certain of one terrifying thing.
