Accepting the darkness

Accepting the darkness

Again Godric almost separated from the contents of his stomach. Godric got out grumbling, while Louis, again, had the fun of his life. Godric made up his mind that if he got into a car again, he would do so without Louis. Many ships arrived at the port. Louis wondered about the size of the ships, but also about their style. He only knew simpler ships. “In the dark. These are magnificent sea cradles. They don't even look like the ships of the underworld. ”Godric looked at the wondering demon. "Ships of the underworld?" Godric wondered whether there were sea voyages there too, or seas and lakes at all. Godric looked at his ticket, then looked for the ship that went with it. This was found quic

River witch

River witch

“This time, we look in.” The boat stopped moving. No anchor dropped. No rope thrown. It just… ceased. Like the sea had swallowed motion entirely. The reflections grew clearer. Now the mirrored sea didn’t show the boat—but a different version of it. Rotting wood. Blood-streaked sails. A mast made from bones. Three figures stood aboard that ghost ship—warped reflections of Maya, Jonas, and Sefina. But the Maya in the mirror was smiling. And her eyes burned blue. Sefina gasped. “She’s touched. That version of you—she’s already claimed by the Sovereign.”

The Billionaire’s Secret Baby: With His Ex-Wife

The Billionaire’s Secret Baby: With His Ex-Wife

The entire sea around the vessel flashed with blue energy. Daniel shouted, “Yes!” Victor watched the radar carefully. But then something strange happened. The giant signal of the Covenant warship did not disappear. Emma blinked. “Wait…” The massive ship was still there. Sophia’s eyes narrowed slightly. “Impossible.” Victor zoomed the radar again. The ship had taken the hit. But it was still intact. Elizabeth whispered, “How?” The speakers suddenly turned on again. Adrian Vale’s calm voice filled the control room. “A remarkable weapon.”

The Alpha Who Survived My Curse

“That’s not possible.” Fear slid through the ship immediately. Gabriel followed his stare. Then his expression darkened too. Far across the ocean lights were appearing through the storm. Dozens of ships. Black ships. Covered in silver moon symbols. Hunters. An entire fleet of them. And standing at the front of the largest ship was a woman wearing a silver crown.

The Rejected Healer's Retribution

The Rejected Healer's Retribution

But something miraculous was unfolding in their absence. The Germination of the Fleet The White Well, now a clear crater of crystalline memory, began to pulse. From the shoreline, massive, translucent pods erupted from the sand. They weren't built; they were grown. Within minutes, a dozen vessels took shape-hulls made of reinforced amber wood, sails of woven bioluminescent silk, and engines that resembled enormous, beating hearts. These were the Lumina-Cutters, the first generation of "Living Ships" created from the bond between the planet and its people.

“And it will be named anew.” In the morning, on the horizon they spotted another fleet of ships, the style of which were vastly different than any ship they had previously encountered, the arrangement of sails beautiful, elaborate, and multi-tiered. The ships did not heed them, continuing in the opposite direction, following the dark shadow of the land away.

Dawn
That’s the end of the 4th book in the series. Can’t wait for the next book “the rebels”. This has been a fantastic series & though the book spends a lot of time going back & forth into the past & present it allows for those who have not read the whole series so far to keep up. Well done Everleigh xx

No update yesterday-everything seems centered in the past. Aislan is pregnant she has 4 men that are too busy with each other to realize she’s gone and they should be raining hell on the trash that tortured them but she never shouldn’t been involved but all too concerned with sex with each other!

The Pack's Vampire

The Pack's Vampire

The Concordia, Twelve Hundred Years Before The bow of the ship was carved into the shape of a ferocious bare-breasted woman, her sharply pointed vampire teeth displayed by a savage snarl and her twisting hair blowing out around her in exquisite detail. “She is beautiful,” Sigrid exclaimed in awe looking up as their rowboat skirted the boat. “I did not see her… Or was it another ship?” She looked at the other ships anchored in the bay around them. Like ant-trails across the water, the rowboats transporting passengers and supplies wove through the waves to the other vessels.

This series is epic, a real nail biter! Yes, it is dark and touches on many uncomfortable issues, but there is redemption and forgiveness and healing. It shows that people can overcome their past and true change is possible with love and communication. I love the characters, especially the vampire.
Fox 2005
very dense story. highly recommended to start with book one, else you are missing too many information needed to understand the different timelines and points if view. yet these arches are more than necessary for the density. showing perspectives, helping the reader to understand the characters...

Ravens of Eternity

“Isn’t your friend’s ship good enough?” “Yes and no,” Lucifer replied. “I was only really allowed to use it to break you out. More importantly, we can’t use it to hide or run with. It’s too... conspicuous. Every Peacekeeper’s gonna keep an eye out for it.” The two of them went up and down the shipyard and looked at the dozen or so ships on the landing pads. There weren’t too many to begin with, but certainly enough for them to choose through. More than half of them were single-seater craft, and were automatically out of the running.

By the title itself, it was already something that would hook anyone immediately. And after reading a few chapters, indeed it was great. I really love reborn books/novels and I am not disappointed one bit at all! Love the Mc by the way.

The Dragon's Silent Shadow

The Dragon's Silent Shadow

"Hard to port! Cut the engines! Sails only!" Saoirse and Tristan stood by the rail. In the distance, a massive shape loomed against the stars. It was a Dreadnought—a floating fortress of iron and steam. Searchlights swept the dark water, hunting. "They’re scanning for magic," Tristan whispered. He gripped the rail, his knuckles white. "If they catch our signature..." "They won't," Saoirse said. She touched the velvet choker at her neck. "The ward holds." "It holds you," Tristan hissed. "It doesn't hold me. I’m leaking static like a broken generator."
