Her Sweet Revenge.

Her Sweet Revenge.

then she began pulling me along without waiting for my response. Helloooo, we might be talking to each other whenever we meet, but we’re not friends—I wanted to scream that in her ears but held back. I didn’t want any unnecessary drama that would ruin Vincenzo’s plan. "Hi, ladies," we stopped by a group of ladies. "This is my friend, Miranda. She’s the Luna of the Iron-Fang Pack," she introduced me to them. I’m a very introverted person and I don’t like meeting random people, but I forced a smile at them.

I reply. Miranda starts pacing and looks like she is arguing with herself. I can tell she is conflicted and doesn’t want to reveal who she is, but we need to be honest in our relationship. I need to know who she is. Particularly if we are going to spend the rest of our lives together. “I am not at liberty to say what I do,” she starts with me ready to jump in and argue. Miranda holds up her hand, “Wait, I am not at liberty to tell you everything. What I can tell you is I am a warrior. So along with being a witch, I can also fight to protect myself and others. I wasn’t afraid when I went to Lily’s room. I have good instincts and I can fight, but I also have stronger powers than the a

"This is just the beginning, you'll never succeed in any of your damn plans, because I'll make sure that I destroy all of your tricks and tactics, I'll tell you why I am called Miranda." Vivian let out a snigger. "Since when did you become dangerous Miranda? Or have you forgotten what I am capable of doing?" "I don't care what you're capable of doing because I am ready to make sure that I destroy all of your pathetic plans, you and your allies who go down, because I'll never let your plans work out." Miranda replied staring at her directly. "Well let me tell you something you don't know." Vivian said and stood up from the bed in a good position.

she suddenly spits out, her eyes glowing with a sinister light. “What… how?” I stammer in shock, letting the sound of running water drown out her words. Miranda’s face darkens. Her lips curl, and the tenderness and playfulness she usually wears in her eyes vanish completely. “It’s almost time, you know…” she murmurs in a hardened, chilling whisper. “Your disgusting little wolves will disappear from the face of the Earth.” “What’s wrong with you, Miranda?” I shout over the running water and dirty dishes. “Haha, you know me… I just like being scary,” she replies, the color returning to her cheeks.

Estelle nodded, “Yeah, don’t worry. I’ll find something to do, maybe check out the library some more.” “Alright.” Miranda stood up, “I’ll get going now. I still need to take a shower and change.” She made a show of smelling her underarms and made a face. Estelle laughed and waved her off. After finishing the snacks that Miranda left, she went down to the library. She still couldn’t help the gasp that escaped her lips at the sight of it. Majestic, she thought. Who built this place? Estelle stopped at the thought. Must be his grandfather.

Revenge of the Betrayed: The Domineering Duke Falls for Me

Revenge of the Betrayed: The Domineering Duke Falls for Me

Lady Langley instinctively felt that Miranda’s perspective was wrong but couldn’t find the words to refute her. What Miranda described was indeed the path most women followed. Yet, Lady Langley couldn’t bear to see such a bright, talented girl resign herself to hopelessness so young. Didn’t every woman have her dreams? She hoped Miranda could be the exception—beautiful, intelligent, and capable, perhaps she could find someone who would truly cherish her. But Lady Langley didn’t dare voice these thoughts. Knowing the harsh realities of the world, she feared that pampering Miranda too much now might harm her in the future.

“And It didn't like it.” The candle flame bent again. The wax cracked softly, dripping down the side. My patience was thinning. “You’re dancing around the point.” Miranda ran a hand through her hair again, clearly trying to organize her thoughts. “I have entered many minds before,” she said. “Broken curses. Pulled people out of magical comas. Even fought things hiding in someone’s consciousness.” She paused. “But this…” she muttered, almost to herself, “…this felt ancient.” That word lingered in the air.

The Billionaire's Game

The Billionaire's Game

“I’ll help you every step of the way. But you need to understand: Mr. Theodore’s family won’t make this easy for you. They’ll test you, scrutinize every word you say. If you’re going to survive this, you need to be perfect.” Miranda stood up from the chair and walked over to a nearby table where she had set down a photo album. She opened it carefully and sat back down in front of Nadia, her eyes steady as she flipped through the pages. “I think it’s important you see who you’ll be meeting soon,” Miranda said, her tone serious now. She turned the page to reveal a photo of a woman with sharp features and an air of authority that seemed to leap from the page.

Jericho

Jericho

Miranda rolled her eyes with a smug grin splitting her pink-stained lips, "You're so adorable when you're all worked up. Gunnar is a blessed man and I hope he knows it. But what did the asshole do wrong now?" "Only you would call a man like him an asshole," Tory cut her sister a glare. "I think she takes advantage because she's married to a psychopath," I deduced but, to be honest, Miranda was a fierce woman. She proved it the day I walked in and found a dead body at her feet because she had saved herself when she was kidnapped, not waiting for someone to rescue her like some damsel in distress.

Could you please advise when this is to be completed? It’s been awhile since late update & I truly want to finish the trilogy. I loved Gunnar & Ace, it just isn’t right because I am unable to read all of Jericho! Please advise author, you are to good of a storyteller not to finish what is started.

After reading her book of Victor I understand her reason for delaying. However; Aurtor please post an update on this book as well. I'm feeling the same as everyone else when it comes to this book. I've left it in my library for a good while waiting. I'm sorry but it has left me not wanting to read

Frequently Asked Questions

Oh, the Miranda books! Those quirky, heartfelt stories immediately bring to mind Grace Lin, the brilliant author behind them. She has this magical way of weaving cultural elements into her narratives that make them feel both universal and deeply personal. I first stumbled upon 'The Year of the Dog'—one of her Miranda titles—when I was browsing a bookstore, and it just clicked with me. Lin’s prose is so warm and inviting, almost like listening to a friend recount childhood memories. Her ability to capture the nuances of growing up between cultures resonated hard with me, especially as someone who’s always felt a bit in-between.

What I adore about Lin’s work is how she balances humor and tenderness. The Miranda books aren’t just for kids; they’re these little gems that adults can appreciate too. If you haven’t read them yet, they’re perfect for cozy afternoons where you want something uplifting yet thoughtful. I’d seriously recommend starting with 'Where the Mountain Meets the Moon'—it’s technically not a Miranda book, but it showcases her storytelling range beautifully.
