Miranda Books Novels & Stories

She already had the books lined up like soldiers, and her sharp eyes made it clear there was no escape. I sighed and opened the first book, already feeling dizzy with the long words inside. Luckily for me, Mira leaned closer and whispered, “Relax. I know this one and that one,” she pointed at two books. I looked at her, surprised. “How?” She grinned proudly. “I picked them from the library to read sometimes, just to keep myself company. Don’t worry, I’ll narrate it to you. It’s easier than you think.” My eyes lit up with relief. Mira was already explaining in her playful way, making boring history sound like gossip. She even threw in her own comments, which made me laugh and forget I was sup

She smiled, holding my hands in hers. “We’ll enlighten you ladies on some great positions to get your spouse skipping his business meeting” The voice of Adriana was loud enough to snap my focus back. And then the chuckles followed at her utterance, the ladies around finding amusement in each word that poured out her lips. “Missionary” Her cane connected on the screen with a smack, the eyes of the lady shifting through the ones before her. “This one here is great, but from time to time you would need to spice things up”

I felt sorry for the bread. "It couldn't be the urge to kick your little friends' asses, or to kill and dismember, scattering every little piece of the bimbo trying to take what's mine. No. It couldn't be that." Rolling her eyes, Miranda looked at me and whispered. "Don't mind her." I sat in the chair under Andreia's eagle eyes as she chewed the leftover bread, possibly imagining they were my body parts. The ones she had torn to pieces. "I brought what you asked for," Miranda said, sliding an envelope over.

“She… she forced us. Miranda forced us.” Miranda’s head snapped toward her so fast that I could hear the faint crack of her neck bones protesting. Her perfectly arched brows rose up, then furrowed into a dangerous glare. “Liar!” she spat, her voice shrill enough to scrape the walls. “Don’t you dare…” But at that moment I knew that she had already lost and should give up… The seed of betrayal had already been planted in those girls. My fingers tightened around the strap of my bag. There is one thing I found out about Miranda…she's manipulative.

Marissa laughed. “ They are just books. I am not going to hurt myself by carrying a few books” she said to them. “ We will be punished by the alpha if he finds out that we allowed you to carry them. Please Luna” said Frank. Marissa sighed. “ He will not find out. Unless someone tells him. Sit here and wait for me” said Marissa as she turned and walked further into the library. She quickly located the section that was dedicated to witchcraft and picked four books. She made her way to the librarian. The librarian was an old woman with glasses and a friendly smile.

THIRD PERSON'S POV:- Mira opened her eyes and found herself standing in front of the full view mirror. She was looking at herself. She looked very young. She looked almost sixteen or maybe seventeen. She was wearing a long mermaid style, off shoulder white dress. It was backless and the upper layer of the dress was shimmery. She had a crown on her head. A princess crown that had the long lace veil attached with it. She remembered that crown on her head. It was the crown Fredrick had gifted her on her twelfth birthday. He wanted to make her feel like a princess the day they would get married.

Miranda didn’t expect that she’s this known to young adults, especially to the ones attending a strict boarding school. “I read your book Falling to the Depths, when will you release the fifth part? I couldn’t get over the last book!” Miranda hid the sadness in her smile. She too, couldn't get over it. “Most of you love my work, thank you,” Miranda appreciated the students. Miranda looked at the class in front of her and smiled sweetly, "And how even the most powerful person could feel powerless in front of the person they love."

"Uh. okay then." After Isaiah walked away, Miranda hurriedly looked at the door. She had forgotten that she wasn't at home and had made such a rudimentary mistake. She would have to take note of that from now. After having a shower and dinner, Miranda cuddled up comfortably in bed and started to read the latest news on the web. The Little cutie was sprawled over the table reading a large book. "Maya reveals her handsome and rich Man, The movie king Ryan bursts out in jealousy on the scene”

It was obvious she had never liked her. “It’s not too bad,” Miranda replied calmly. “I usually spend the time reading and studying.” Sienna raised a brow. “Oh? What kind of books? Don’t tell me—cheesy romance novels?” Miranda smiled faintly. “No. I prefer reading medical research.” Sienna clearly didn’t believe that. A woman who once gave up everything for a man, she thought, couldn’t possibly be ambitious now. Bored and running out of things to mock, Sienna eventually went back upstairs.

Miranda didn't say a word, she acted like no one was talking to her, as she kept on going through the files and documenting things. “I am talking to you!” Serene yelled angrily. “This is an office, ma'am. Not a brothel where you yell at your workers, if you want to yell at someone, you should kindly go to the market and stop making a scene!” Miranda said calmly and went back to what she was doing. I could notice the threat in what they said, Serena Should better stop before things get out of control. “Did you just see that, huh?” Serene asked with a loud scoff. I guess she was wondering where Miranda got such guts from.
