PATIENT ZERO -The lone survivor
As the vanguard of the New Dawn emerged from the morning mist, the true horror of Malik’s industrial war machine was finally revealed.
They did not look like soldiers. They looked like an army of iron juggernauts.
Four hundred Actives marched up the highway in a tight, disciplined phalanx. They were completely encased from head to toe in seamless, dark grey armor forged from the melted hulls of naval frigates. The steel had been molded directly onto their bodies by Class-5 metallurgical mutants, leaving no gaps, no weak points, and no exposed joints. Their helmets were featureless domes of thick steel, save for a narrow, reinforced horizontal slit for vision.
