My Father Jason's laugh is heard over all the gasps, and my mother's sigh of disapproval makes my grin double in size. I reach the bottom step a half-second before father does, and he collapses almost immediately on the stone. Mom places her hands on her hips, and Father Jason claps for my victory. "It's not fair...I'm too old for this," Father pants, and my laugh echoes off of the trees. "Yeah, right. Age has nothing to do with it," Father Jason says as he grabs his brother's hand. He yanks him to his feet and gives me a wink. "Our son is just giving you a taste of your own medicine," Father Jason says, and many Riverstone members laugh.

With tears in his eyes, he starts trying to remove his shirt but the pain is obviously holding him back. “He tried to take his shirt off but it put him in tears to do so. He gave up barely halfway up. Do you have video on this phone?” “Give me three seconds to call back.” I stand as Jeremy yelps. I know I’m moving far too quickly for my son’s comfort but what little I saw has my heart in my throat. “I’m sorry daddy. I’m scared.” “I’m scared too.”

She bites her lip and smiles. "Listen, we appreciate your efforts in trying to seduce us," Merrick states, annoyed, "But our son was abducted and is on that jet, so if you could please stop making those fucking googly eyes at us and get us and God damn jet, we would really appreciate it!" I watch my friend throw at least a thousand dollars down on the counter for the woman. "Merk, you don't have to...." I look from the stack of bills to my friend. "Why the fuck not? He's my son too, or have you forgotten?" He asks angrily.

Refusing to give up, he ran straight to my side and screamed at Lily. “Get away from her! This is my mom!
