Sadly , today I had to train at this hour because of transport reasons. Taking a deep breath and then exhaling slowly through my mouth , I decide to take my steps into the gym. By the sounds of it and the amount of noise and chatter that pierces my eardrums , I internally cry as I know that it will be crowded – especially due to the fact that it is Monday , a day that everyone wants to be at the gym to work on their weekly resolutions however fail to stay constant throughout the entire week.

A night full of partying would surely be much more fun if it didn't come with hangovers. I looked at the phone with squinted eyes and let out a sigh of frustration when I realized that I had to be at work today. Today was Monday. My least favorite day of the week, similar to the majority of people. Monday means that I had to go back to my dreaded work and finish unending tasks.
