He just lost his Aurora for a second time now and it's not easy, not even for a demon. I can see the tears shining in his eyes and I'm pretty sure that's exactly how my eyes look right now. I guess even monsters cry too. But looking at him right now I don't see a monster or a demon, I just see a wounded creature which just wants to reunite with the love of it's life.

The screaming outside dragged on for almost half an hour. Then it stopped. When the silence settled in, I slowly lifted my head. Something black rolled to my feet. Bubba stood there, 24-karat gold eyes shining, chin tipped up like he'd just saved the world. "Dad, I bit off every zombie head on the block. I'm solid, right?" *** Who just talked? "Ahhh—monsters!" Missy calmly licked the blood off her paw. The leg that used to limp looked strong now.

I'm so scared." When it finished speaking, it didn't stop crying; Hana became annoyed, "Shut up, Boom. We're having guests. Ah, is my bag still there?" "Of course, even if my whole body burned, I'm sure I will protect it, little Hana," Boom tried to stop each hiccup in response. Hana nodded happily, "That's fine, give it to me."
