I leaned against the wall as the boys sat on the couches accompanied by Monty. The boy had grown. "How's it feel to be back eh? I bet Australia has all kinds of ladies. Curvy, tiny, LARGE" Za commented laughing aloud followed by the rest laughing. "Feels good man. I'm just glad we're getting work done" He answered making me nod. Monty was one of our trusted men, he worked as a spy, receiving information that could be valuable for us and then delivering it to us. His role in Australia was simply to be dead.

Monty lowered his head and said, “I know my mistake.” The former supreme sat on the sofa, took a few ragged breaths, and said coldly, “Get up. Did you get that thing?” Monty got up, shook his head, and said, “No. Fulton Hash suddenly appeared.” “Fulton Hash?” When the former supreme heard this name, his white eyebrows furrowed. His face was full of chills and his eyes danced with coldness as he said, “Roger Clarke has played a good game. He actually got Fulton to come in person.”

Tina snuggles into Carter with a smirk. “It’s perfect,” I tell him. “Mama,” Monty pulls at my leg. I squat. “Monty, this is your nephew, Romeo.” “RoRo,” Monty stubbles in his little one year old gibberish. “You got big,” Carter squats down to see Monty. “It’s been, what, 8 months since you have seen him?” I tease. “Sorry, we have double the size of the pack. Anderson and I work really hard. He sent a gift for Monty. He will come back for Zoe’s first in a few months,” Carter tells me as he stands up.

A growl rumbles through my chest as I step forward with a menacing gait, but I freeze when I notice the camera phones all out recording the interaction. “Say yes!” the crowd chants as Rome and I look around in disbelief at the onlookers. She grumbles in annoyance and I’m half tempted to join her anger. “Who are you?” Laney whispers to him and his face lights up. “I apologize! I am Montgomery,” he says, coming to his full height a full inch more than me. Which just makes me hate him more. “But you, my queen, may call me Monty.” “I accept your offer, Monty,” Laney says, playing the part for the camera while eyeing me for saving.

An elder from Umbral Peak Sect strode toward him with a vicious grin and said, "So what if you're military? You dared to stir up trouble at Umbral Peak Sect, and now you're done. Die!" From the main seat, Monty and Julius watched with cold smiles. Monty thought to himself that it was time to teach the military a lesson, because otherwise they might really think the Umbral Peak Sect was just a pushover. They had even dared to draw weapons on his turf, and to him that was practically suicide.

A fear of outcome and anger, a rage, everything that just spiraled about. The estate came into view. Moonstone Manor, they called it. Always polished. Always perfect. At least, Monty was the only omega who didn't seem awkward to him, but he still behaved excited to be here. “You wouldn't believe what happened to me during the night.” “What happened?” Monty squealed and rested both hands on the table. Anthony de Montfort is a very smart man, he’s not afraid to show it, and he’s proud of it. I figured that out pretty fast, when he had me at his beck and call in the tack room. I guess I’d assumed from Sarah’s description that he’d be cussing people out the whole time for making stupid mistakes, and I’d be target number one because I didn’t have a clue about pretty much anything to do with horses. What I hadn’t figured from what Sarah told me, but realised pretty quick, was that he likes other people to be smart too.
