She looks up, and it's true. It has been rusting ever since last spring if you believe the papers, but who would still believe them nowadays? They have been lying for a year now. Except, when it comes to the moon. With its brown spots, it looks marbled. As if someone had taken it off the sky by the start of the year in order to petrify it. Like what they’ve done with life.

The dangerous beauty of the moon makes people astonished for a few seconds until they regain their senses. The moon is a loyal companion. It never leaves. It’s always there, watching, steadfast, knowing us in our light and dark moments, changing forever just as we do. Every day it’s a different version of itself. Sometimes weak, sometimes strong and full of light. The moon understands what it means to be human. Uncertain. Alone. Cratered by imperfections and yet so attractive and radiantly gorgeous. The moon is an exuberant sign of romantic relationships, possibilities when we must trust our intuition and recognize that now we have an opportunity to ‘go for it!’

Narrator's pov Full Moon The moon hung high, casting a silvery light over the quiet landscape. The air was thick with the pull of the lunar cycle, a force so powerful that the earth seemed to pulse beneath it. Arianna stood at the window of her room, her fingers firmly brushing the cool glass. Drawn to the moon since childhood, she felt its silent dance across the night sky beckoning to her. The howl of wolves echoed through the valley below, sending a shiver down her spine. The sound was all too familiar, but tonight, it felt sharper, more intense.

Shama sat beneath the moonlit sky, the cool breeze caressing her skin. She gazed up at the full moon, its silvery glow illuminating the vast expanse of the night sky. Myriad stars twinkled around it, like diamonds scattered on black velvet. Shama wondered which celestial body she most resembled: the lone moon, shining brightly in the darkness, or the countless unknown stars, twinkling beside it, their light unseen by most.

I watched her relax and felt a pulse of gratefulness through our bond and all of a sudden whatever I had said was completely worth it. "Thank you, Jasp..." She whispered. Great Mother Moon Goddess her voice was like heaven to my ears. It was the finest melody that had been fine tuned to reach my heart and squeeze. I watched her giggle and noticed that she had been trifling in my mind a second ago. I smiled and began walking closer, "The things you do to me." I say, and she repeats what I said back to me, but with a sultry tone, "The things you do to me~" I stopped dead in my tracks and clenched my fists, if she didn't stop talking like that we would have problems. Big, hard, aching problems.
