The cool air burned against my skin, but I kept going. I have to save Ronan. I owe him that much. --- The air grew thinner as I climbed the jagged slope, rocks biting into my palms. Somewhere at the peak, it was said a rare flower bloomed only under moonlight. Lunaris Noctis, the Moonshade Lotus. A flower born from sorrow, thriving only where the living dared not tread. It was the only thing powerful enough to anchor a soul between life and death. I reached the summit, chest burning, lungs aching. The hilltop shimmered under the light of the full moon and there it was.

He leaned forward and laid his head in the crook of my neck. “Kitten,” I could hear him muttered, but I ignored him. I needed to see the rest of the tattoo. There was a blooming red Ipomoea alba painted on Elijah’s bicep. The black ink flooded from the flower and stopped at his forearm and collarbone. I recognized this flower all to well. This flower wa why I was taken from the mortal world. Away from my mother. It was a moonflower, the only flower that blooms and grows in moonlight. It was like a rose in the werewolf community; it was recognized as a symbol. That tattoo belonged to enforcers of the otherworldly access office.

"I waited three hundred years for you to be reborn. For the prophecy to bring you back. And now you're here, and I'm not letting you go again." I looked at Cassius desperately. "You said I could have the flowers. You said we had a deal." "We do," Cassius confirmed, gesturing lazily. A servant appeared from the shadows carrying a box made of silver and glass. Inside were flowers unlike any I'd ever seen. They glowed with a pale blue light, their petals seeming to contain liquid moonlight. "The Moonblood flowers. Twenty of them, enough to cure any poison. They're yours." Relief crashed through me. "Thank you. I'll take them and leave now."

I wonder if it was Killian, May, or someone at the committee who leaked the news that Alpha and Luna were splitting up. "What would you recommend?" I ask instead of commenting on the whole getting rejected thing. He sighs a little. "Have you ever heard of a moon flower?" I lean forward a little, shaking my head. "It's a very rare sort of... cure all, I suppose. I wouldn't normally suggest it, but I need to be honest with you. If you don't find this flower, your baby will die. You're still in the early stages of pregnancy, so the baby hasn't developed a strong enough heartbeat to be dealing with these stress levels from rejection."

I sat on the steps leading down to the pavement and turned my head up to the sky. The moon was full, gracing us mere mortals with her light. As a halfbreed I had many shortcomings as a werewolf. I couldn't turn into an actual wolf. I didn't feel the pull of the moon and I didn't have a mate. I was destined to spend eternity alone. Spoiler Alert, I was exaggerating. I could find love, I could get married but there was just something about the thought of predestined love that held on to me and wouldn't let go. I wouldn't let it go. The thought of that perfect romance…was just a dream. I sighed suddenly, feeling sober. I stood to my feet and felt the dizziness return. I paused for a while until

Soheila went to the herbs section to buy what herbs she needed to refine other types of pills. “Moon flower...” Soheila whispered. The Moon Flower beautiful and Soheila was attracted to it. The Moon Flower's petals had the same color similar to the galaxy. It also had a purple glowing all around it and it is floating. Soheila waved to the Girl Shop Attendant of the herb section. The Shop Attendant immediately went directly to Soheila. “Are you perhaps wanted to have the Moon Flower?” The Shop Attendant asked gently with a smile. Soheila nodded and the Shop Attendant's smile grew bigger. She said, “It is only 40 million gold coins.”

He stands to leave. At the door, he pauses. "I will check on you later," he says over his shoulder. After he leaves, I move to the desk and pull the curtains open. A majestic view fills my sight. I see a massive ancient castle-like structure rising from the mountainside. It looks like a kingdom, or a prison. On the desk before me lies a document. Rules and Regulations for Maya Reynolds. I sigh. I open the first page. I have so many questions. And what the hell is a Bloodmoon Pack?

“The core of Moonlight’s drug development is to use natural medicinal compounds to suppress that disconnection while simultaneously repairing the lung tissue that has already been damaged. Four herbs. Specific ratios.” I wrote as I spoke. Moonflower, three milligrams. Suppresses the rejection reaction between the body and the lunar cycle. This is the core of the entire formulae, without this nothing else in the formula functions. Silver lotus root, one point five milligrams. Anti-inflammatory. Relieves the persistent lung inflammation that accumulates from years of overwork and creates the conditions the tissue needs to start healing. Night wolf herb, one milligram. Strengthens the werewolf’

THETA, BLUE MOON… Debby looked at the lotus flower that Bubble had placed on the surface of the water in a clay container. The flowers looked beautiful and fresh. Surprisingly, during the journey, it was not damaged at all. It took three weeks for the Lycan army to return to Blue Moon. And this flower has not wilted at all. "Myrna said only you can hear it..." Declan spoke while staring closely at it. Everyone in the room were silent, they didn't say anything else. Declan, Finn, Rio, Debby, even Bubble looked lost in thought with sad faces.

The moonflower was damp, and its petals had a few creases here and there as a result. She held the moon flower in her hands and examined it with great concentration as an idea came to her head. The flower contained a fluid on the inside that could heal anyone who was hurt. Well, that's what she muttered. She said to Raymond that her mother told her about the moonflowers. It could heal anyone. Her hands appeared to be trembling slightly. She murmured, "What am I supposed to do now? I have to make my way back to my father." She said to herself.
