It is. I think morning cuddles should be the first rule of living together,” I nod. Archie kisses her shoulder, and she closes her eyes with a contented smile. I lean forward, placing a kiss on her forehead, and she hums in approval. I wish we didn’t have classes today so we could spend all day like this.

And when the first light of dawn peeked through the window, they stirred awake, greeted by the sight of each other's sleepy smiles. I opened my eyes slightly as I realized it was morning time already.

I wouldn't find it in myself to do so. I decided that I'd show them the womanly love they craved and needed as kids. So every morning, we just cuddle for about thirty minutes before our day starts. A knock on the door interrupted our silent, comfortable moment, making the twins simultaneously look up at me with confusion. I shrugged in reply to their silent question. "Come in!" I called. The door slowly opened to the familiar sight of Megan. She instantly sent me a warm, appreciative smile at the sight of the two beings next to me.

Oh, and before I forget, I have no idea how to tell my parents about my resignation. I finished my nighttime bath at around eight and changed into my sleeping clothes. I felt like I was in a scene from a romance movie. The whole moment was magical and it was weird to admit to myself, but I enjoyed being cuddled. This was the first time I ever felt this way. Cuddling was never my thing but this moment had changed everything.
