If it wasn’t for the investigation into the faulty equipment, no one would’ve questioned a thing. I would’ve just been another tragic case. An unfortunate accident that took both me and the baby.”

Jacob thinks outloud. “The motive was to kill Betas, so that means Craig and Lance are off the hook,” Kendall adds. “So I’m a suspect because my son is 8 years old?” Nate asks. “What is my motive?” “I was attacked the only Alpha to be attacked,” I state. “Someone wanted the title to go back up for grabs.
