It was most definitely him, no doubt of it yet his eyes… They were red. A deep bloody red that not even that monster held. His iris had thinned, slightly scaring Alex in the process. He blinked several times to make sure he was just seeing things. His eyes did go back to normal, bringing relief washing in him. Was he dreaming? Maybe being in darkness for so long has birthed hallucinations.

Since they dared ‘touch’ his Prince, the man had every right to ask for compensation. “Well things didn’t go exactly as planned,” a hooded figure had his eyes glued to Lam’s figure as he slowly mumbled. His eyes were the only things that could be seen, but their color was so striking that anyone who saw them would be filled with unexplained terror. His eyes were blood red! Not blue, not green, not brown, not black and definitely not yellow. His eyes were entirely red in color. There was no clear distinction between the pupil, the iris or the sclera. They were all one, and they shared the same color.

His whole body wαs stiff‚ like he wαs trying to hold something in. I sαt up slowly‚ covering my chest with the blαnket from behind me αnd wαlking over to him. "Ryαn?" Then I sαw his eyes. Red. Like... red. Α dαrk‚ glowing kind of red. I blinked. And just like the nαils‚ they went bαck to normαl α second lαter. But I knew whαt I sαw.

Man. The monster snapped its eyes open instilling so much fear in Claude he could feel his heartbeat in his throat as a steady deep throb. It's eyes were a bright and cruel shade of vermillion that seemed to direct all of its hate and maternal rage at him. Like the summoning of magical constraints, fear gripped him and held him in place as the eyes ripped through him with a never ending icy heat...the Redwoods just became worlds more dangerous.

And then—he looked up. I stopped breathing. His face was blank. Completely unreadable. But his eyes— His eyes were red. Not in the tired, bloodshot way. Not from crying—though he had cried, that much was obvious from the dried tracks on his cheeks. His once gorgeous viridescent irises were now a deep red. Like wine left too long in a goblet. Like blood drying beneath glass. Not green. Not even close. And it wasn’t just the color. There was something in them. Something dangerous. Ancient. A promise of death and bloodshed.

History was being written then and there, the Calyx pack witnessed the unnatural sighting of the first eye-color changing wolf, with the rank that was considered to be the lowest. Amidst a frenzy of staggered breaths and wildly beating hearts; stood a Red-Eyed Omega, fierce and defiant in all its glory.

“I saw Rosalynd’s mom trying to find her. Weird, since she isn’t lost, she’s right here, I mean…” “Not that,” I shake my head, “Look again. Look very very closely at her face.” I press the rewind button, setting the footage back 15 seconds. ENCHANTRA: Please, send all of your hints to me at… “There!” I shout, pointing at the screen again. “Look at her eyes, what do you see?” “Eyes…and…” “Dude, look closer. What do you notice about the color?” “Ummm….Holy shit!” “Exactly,” I nod. “Last time I checked, red isn’t a normal eye color, even for a witch.”

I smiled as I pressed another affectionate kiss to Ruby’s cheek. “She is…” Elaine murmured, but then her gaze lingered on Ruby’s eyes. A flicker of something unreadable crossed her expression before she tilted her head. “Are her eyes real?” I tensed, my fingers instinctively tightening around Ruby. It was a question I had expected but didn’t want to answer. Crimson eyes weren’t normal here. Yet, I couldn’t lie. “Yes. She got her eyes from my husband.” Elaine’s lips parted slightly, her eyes glinting with curiosity. “Red eyes are rare. She looks like a vampire.”

"She's still a Princess, and you have to respect her even if you hate her, because you serve her now!" She made a disgusted sound. "Not like the bitch can hear me anyways," Gods help me. "I wouldn't say that, Emilia," I spoke, before opening my eyes. "If none of you want me to... Do what I do... I suggest that you don't look me in the eye!" Then opened them, trying to get used to the light of the room. The doctor came closer. "Don't worry, kid, I came prepared. I'm using dark glasses. Now look at me, let me see your eyes," he held my chin and I looked up.

I was about to stand up, when a little girl with red eyes walked inside the room. “Dad! I need your help.” She yelled and ran toward Vladimir's arms. He kissed the girl's forehead and asked “What happened, baby?” The girl was almost in tears, her eyes were completely red, her irises were in fact deep red, and the white part was red from all the crying going on.
