There’s nothing left to do. Only to decide.” Before she could respond, the books began to fall from the shelves, each landing open at her feet. Yet I never been certain, as if through out my life I only know the light coming from the gentle bloody moon. It takes courage to enter the Library. If I were to choose, I would never risk my safety. However one has to brave enough to understand the strangest brought upon this world. Not that I doubt this world was the reason for the strangest I felt about, that's just out of the context. I can only sigh, trying to contain the frustration inside, finally bathed to the golden light.

There were also immortal books made of multi-colored ancient jades, golden books covered with dazzling, lustrous golden lights, and even strange books enveloped by lightning. Alex was dumbfounded just by looking at them. He looked at the crowd around him and realized that no one looked in that direction. Even if he reminded them by making vague references, they failed to sense anything. Pigsy even came over and passed through the bookshelf, yet it found nothing. Sensing no anomaly, it was as if the bookshelves containing the bizarre books were utterly nonexistent. “Do you find this table a little odd?” Alex deliberately said after he walked to the table and knocked it.

I soothed it again. After finishing my food, I returned to my room to rest for a while when I heard the dog barking again. I went outside and saw it still barking at the east room. Today was truly bizarre! I remembered what the villager had said earlier and felt a genuine fear! I quickly pulled out my phone and searched for the news from 20 years ago. What shocked me was that a murder had indeed occurred in this very house! Even more frightening was that it had happened 20 years ago today. A deranged mother had murdered her nine-year-old daughter! The murder was brutal—the mother drove a steel nail into the girl's skull!

Rachel has stopped calling it anything and just checks in daily to make sure I'm eating and sleeping and still functioning like a human being. I'm not sure I am. On Friday, exactly one week after I left Seattle, a package arrives at my apartment. No return address, but I know who it's from before I even open it. Inside is the book I'd been reading in his apartment that first night. Murakami. Norwegian Wood. And a note in his precise handwriting: "You forgot this. I thought you might want it back. The ending's sad, but somehow beautiful. Reminded me of us. I hope Boston is everything you need it to be. - D"

Gareth's POV I was in my office looking for 'Men without women' by Haruki Murakami, the book which mother recommend to me a long time ago. I know very well that she was not trying to mock me about my broken marriage by recommending this book. In fact, she wants me to get married again, but for me, it’s not as easy as it may appear.

And it did. I looked around the big room again. It wasn’t just a library. It felt special, old, and powerful. Like a place full of secrets. A place where only certain people were allowed. Yet I was here, and the room welcomed me. I touched another book, this one black with a strange mark on the front: a wolf and a moon. I didn’t open it. I wasn’t ready. Instead, I looked at the book that flew into my hands. I brushed off the dust and read the title: “Bloodlines and Curses.”

"Relax, Ben. If there are ghosts, let Raven talk to them." Raven laughed and punched Lucas lightly on the shoulder. "Don't make me more nervous! I'm here for a research project, not to communicate with ghosts!" They entered and started looking for reference books relevant to their project. The stacks of old books, tall shelves, and the distinctive smell of the ancient library created a slightly mysterious atmosphere. Amidst the silence, Meredith suddenly muttered, "Eh, let's see, there's a dusty book in the corner over there. It looks interesting."

The only make friendship I have and value but please respect me next time." she said to him and tried to make her way out of his house but then he shut the door as he looked at her like someone who was brokenhearted.
