I just blinked my eyes and shook my head. "Why didn't you say anything to me? You know I would have been supportive," I mumbled sourly and Noah came before me and kneeled. "Because I knew you had a crush on me and I didn't want our friendship ruined, sister from another mister. We did however have some epic kisses," he said sincerely and I nodded in embarrassment.

My forehead creased because of his reaction. “What? Have you already developed a crush on him?” I teased before sipping on my juice. My eyebrows wiggled because of it. Adam gave me a death glare that made me chuckle. “You know, it’s not bad to develop a crush on him. He’s cute.” Suddenly, Adam stopped eating and put down his fork. A sweet smile crept on my lips, teasing him even more. Instead of feeling scared, the opposite is what I felt. The way Adam looked at the guy earlier felt something more.

“As in… you want to rip someone’s clothes off?” His tease made heat flood my cheeks, a scalding wave that made my skin feel too tight. I dropped my gaze to the worn floorboards, unable to meet his eyes, and gave a jerky nod. “Why? You think you have a crush on someone?” The blush deepened, a creeping fire I knew he could see. “I don’t know… I just…” I sighed, the sound ragged. Forcing myself to look at him, I pleaded with my eyes. “Please don’t laugh. This is… it’s a lot.”

I smiled widely. I did get a lot of stares from everyone especially from the girls and I think, I didn’t like the attention at all. I just wanted Brittany and his friends know that he’s now mine.

Her call came in after and I picked it up immediately because I was about to have a fight with her. “What do you mean by you are relieved?
