His Slave

His Slave

said Mr Achmad. “Sir, I want to ask what the children were singing. I heard it suddenly my heart trembled and I felt peaceful myself, "said Axelina to Mr. Achmad. Mr Achmad smiled at Axelina. "What the Muslim students read is called the Al-Quran. The holy book of Islam. We usually read it after prayers and if there is free time, " said Mr Achmad. “It's so beautiful when I hear it. Moreover, Fatima's melodious voice made me want to hear her more, "said Axelina.

Unwanted Wolf

Unwanted Wolf

I sighed. I turned to the first story and started reading. I read story after story. Some were interesting, some were familiar, some were bizarre. Then, more than halfway through the book, I found it. The very first line read, "There once was a young girl. Her wolf had no name." It was titled, 'Child of Stars', kind of fitting since my Dad's wolf is Starfire. My wolf chimed in with her usual pessimism, 'It won't help.'

LADYS GUY PRINCE DOUGLAS

LADYS GUY PRINCE DOUGLAS

No problem, call me anytime if you are ready. I was feeling hungry. I, therefore, passed a nearby restaurant had my dinner, and straight to the house. After I had my bath, locked my door and took my small book. The first word that I saw in the book was “congratulations you are initiated” it continued to blink. As soon I responded thank you the words disappeared. The deep voice asked. Are you ready to continue from where you left yesterday? I responded yes with my usual infectious smile. Ok, you have two assignments to complete level one of your chant for the celestial power book. I responded okay I am ready now my Lord.

HER VOCATION

HER VOCATION

(Quran, 2:155) And my test had only just begun. I realised that, whilst silently following the guard, who had introduced himself as Faris Baba. I wouldn't have told him anything except my name, even if he asked, but he never did. All the while, he kept telling me stories about Haadi, her husband Salman and the little Ahmad; who loves to eat loquat from the tree in Madrassah. Hearing his tales, I had forgotten about reciting Ayat ul kursi but before I could remember, we were outside the house. It hardly took 10 minutes to get there. Still, I stayed behind and started to pray to Allah again for His help.

She's The Queen - Book 2 of Calypso's Story

She then closed her eyes briefly, and when she opened them again, her eyes were glowing white. “Step forward.” The voice sounded nothing like Queen Hyacinth, and Samantha wasn’t sure who was being spoken to, until the voice spoke again. “Step forward Samira.” She looked up at the statue to find that its eyes were also glowing white. She stepped forward, standing next to Queen Hyacinth. She wasn’t sure what was going on, but she knew she was about to find out shortly. “Welcome to the heart of Ameran.” “Uh, thank you?” Samantha said unsurely.

Rise of a Queen - Book 2

Rise of a Queen - Book 2

‘Look’ she said and urged my gaze to wander back to the five statues, ‘The man with the wolf; that was Conri’ At that moment, like pieces of a puzzle I had been staring at for so long, it finally became clear and they all fit together. In the fable that was told to me, The queen who died in childbirth and cursed the throne before she died, her mate, the king that was killed by his brother, was Inanna and Conri.

JWGStout has done it again! I loved the story and character development. The story really is a roller coaster, and I’m so happy for Lamia! But there are so many questions at the end, and so many opportunities for the other leading characters. I can’t wait to get into the next 3 books!

I really enjoyed this series. Many books on this platform have similar stories, which gets boring really fast. This book series kept me entertained the whole time. It had the perfect balance of romance and action. I enjoyed getting to know each character in more detail as each book was added.

The Secrets of the Bad Boy

The Secrets of the Bad Boy

I stretch out my arm, I check the book inside the bag with my touch, I complete the mission and with the book in my hands I start reading. After half an hour I got hungry so I took out my lunch that I didn't digest due to being stupid and poisonous, the window got soaked thanks to the drizzle, I smiled hearing the relaxing sound of the drops falling and imagining idiot number one being happy for the rain. For two hours I spent page after page, I loved it, the romantic story of Jack the doll with a clock heart is fascinating. His friends and advisors are so wise. I love it. I was halfway through the book; which is super short and very understandable; When my cell phone calls me, I pick up wit

Too Late for Regret: My Husband and My Son

Too Late for Regret: My Husband and My Son

It has been a long time sinc͏e I did this, so long since I was part of his night like this. "Read me a tale, okay?" he said again but softer, reaching for a book on the nightstand. I took the book from his hands. The cover was a bit used, the edges bent but it was still whole. "Okay," I said with a little grin. "Just one tale, then you go to bed." “Okay,” he said fast but his voice was getting more and more slow. I opened the first page and began to read in soft, steady beats. It was a story about a little bear who got lost and try to find his way home.
