My Hockey Alpha Free Novels & Stories

Ronan I hear the familiar shuffle of cleats and sneakers before the knock lands softly on the door. I already know who it is. My team. The Icewolves. To the world, we’re just a Division One hockey team, but only in the city… in this pack… I’m their Alpha. They come in, loud as ever, but their energy drops the second their eyes land on me. I’m slouched on the chair, stiff from three days of sleep. Still sore. Still trying to piece everything together.

It read: ‘Today, on the 27th of August, 1906, Thr Alpha of the Blackridge Pack, Alpha Rudolph Blackridge makes the solemn and permanent bequeathment, for time immemorial and everlasting, of the Blackridge Pack into the hands of Alpha James Henri Bart Duskmere, so that it shall be added to the terrestrial entity that is today known as ‘The Packs of Glagen, Khmarden, and Darryl.’

We’re in deep trouble. THIRD PERSON POV: It’s evening at the Shadow Pelt Pack. Anna and Holly are sitting in the living room of the Alpha’s mansion, sipping wine, when a guard rushes in. “My Luna!” he calls out, dropping to one knee in front of Holly. “A call from one of the Military Generals in the United States.” “What is it this time?” Holly huffs, putting down her glass while Anna continues sipping her wine. “It’s about Alpha Prince Hu.”

Shirt shredded off my body, pieces falling off. I dropped to all fours, breath coming out in rough, shaking bursts. Jet-black fur, sharp fangs, golden eyes that glowed in the dark, sharper sight than any human could ever have. Claws curved like obsidian, perfect for hunting. Every muscle in my limbs screamed with the strength to run and survive. Jeremy. He pushed forward fully, filling every corner of this space with the force of an Alpha who had been caged too long. My chest expanded once more, then stilled.

Carol’s POV “I’m sorry, what?” Alison’s mother asked. I turned to look at her mother and gave her a compassionate smile. “I want your daughter to join our pack,” I told her. “The Capitol,” Aiden told them. Alison’s father’s eyes grew large as he stared at Aiden. “I knew I recognized you,” he said, shock evident in his tone. “You’re the future Alpha of the pack. You are also the star hockey player, Aiden Cruz. I’m a huge fan of the Statford Freeze.”

“You really think you’ll leave alive if you kill me?” I lean closer, the knife pressing deeper into his skin. “I hate cocky bastards like you.” My knee strikes the back of his leg, and he stumbles to one knee. The guards move again, but the Alpha lifts a hand. They freeze. “Let him go,” the Alpha says, calm. But I don’t drop the knife. I don’t let go of Chris. “I will never betray my pack,” I say, staring straight at him. As long as I don’t agree, they can’t use her. They can’t touch her.

I was terrified that if I lingered in the link any longer, my wolf might inadvertently reveal a scent or a thought that could haunt me. Ivan sent a message to the link: [Calvin, the three of us from the Legal Pack are all in. If anyone has questions regarding the hockey merger, let’s communicate through the link.] Calvin replied promptly: [Got it, Mr. Walton. We just added Alpha Peter. Looking forward to the hunt.] "Alpha Peter?" Frank gasped, his eyes widening. "Boss, that rabbit avatar? It’s Peter Draven. I didn’t expect a High Alpha to be so cold on the outside but have such a cute avatar," he joked.

He sounded hopeful. Nope. Maya huffed. “You keep telling yourself that,” I laughed. I was starting to wonder why he felt it was so important to defend his alpha to me. I hadn’t even asked for the name of his pack, so no chance of that happening. He sighed but didn’t respond. “I hope for your pack’s sake that he is a good dude. He’s lucky he has you. Now, I heard your Alpha is offering free drinks. Go take advantage of that.” He laughed, adding one more shocking statement as he left,

I gasped and the first tear escaped as I said, “Why?” Frankie squeezed my hand and continued, “Alpha Hollis is involved in some very shady dealings with the humans. More specifically humans who are gun runners, drug lords and involved in human trafficking. When he first started, Luna Graciella tried to reason with him to get it to stop. But Alpha Hollis was so mad for power and money, he staged a rogue attack on the pack daycare and Luna Graciella was killed while trying to defend the pups.” “He’s a sick fucking bastard,” I interrupted as Frankie spoke.
