My Learning Library Novels & Stories

I know Raphael is in there studying. Once I get to the Library, I walk down to the table and look at all the different books Raphael has laid out. Some are on shifters, some on the Royal Lycan family and another on Witches. I flick through a couple of the pages and am amazed at how much and how quickly Raphael is learning. I look up as he returns to the table. I smile and say,

“Yeah… Animorphs and Goosebumps in elementary school do not a reader make.” “Hey, those are quality pieces of literature!” I declare. “Says who?” “Says me!” I huff, crossing my arms. “And I’ve read other books too! I like Stephen King and Michael Crichton and Neil Gaiman and—“ “Okay, okay,” he surrenders, lifting his hands and cutting me off. “Seriously, though, why are you going to the library?” “I’m going to do some research.” “For what?” “New training methods. Double checking some of the warrior laws for the kingdom.”

I can say that I am not feeling comfortable with me touching my feet when I remove my hands from holding it the feeling seems so fine but then as I try to touch it again the pain began to appear “Mom what is this...?” I ask my mother who also looks so shocked about what she saw this kind of thing never happened even in the books of the library Yes it seems like I've been talking about the library for a long while but then that library is no simple library. Even if our village is quite small, that library is so big that it have many books. Things about wolves, things about ordinary situations, things about the information you can gather all around this village, things about the history, thing

The library was supposed to be neutral ground. That was what Ruby told herself as she slipped through the tall glass doors after school, backpack heavy on her shoulders, thoughts heavier still.
