Here.” Aislin stretched over the passenger seat and tossed them at me. I held them before the unicorn before putting them down and turning away. Their transformations were total opposites: the runt was loud and pathetic as she clumsily forced herself into her human form. I wasn’t even sure the unicorn was still with us until I broke away from my packmates next to the truck to look at them.

They had the anatomy of humans and were about the same height but were light grey in colour, had elvish ears, big round eyes like anime characters and small mouths; adorable creatures that had the faces to warm anyone's heart. "Oh my gosh," she said breathless. The memories started to come back to her slowly and the more they did the more tears came to her eyes. It was like her memories were locked in a box, a box that had just been shattered open and had set the memories free, like doves out of a box. Molly remembered everything.
