Chapter 1 Henley I folded my hands as I leaned on the coffee machine, the mop handle nudged my stomach but I didn't budge. I had long finished mopping and cleaning the top floor.

The breath is knocked out of me, immediately followed by his warm scent as he crowds me in. His eyes are livid, yet his voice dangerously soft, “What did you call me?” “Let go of my hair.” I wince. He pulls tighter, enough to cause massive discomfort but not enough to cause actual pain. As he towers several feet above me, my neck is craned high to meet his face. “You're like a feral animal, Dymond.” He seethes. “Small, mouthy, cunning. But I'll tame you, give you the training you so desperately need and make you my fucking pet. Wouldn't that be an upgrade from your dirty life on the streets?”

I went up behind her and picked her up, making her squeal in surprise. "Is that scary enough for you?" She shook her head. "Still acting like a teddy bear. Now put me down." I pouted and placed her on her feet to where she was facing me. "I have a very serious question for you," I said and she pouted, poking my cheek. "I don't like seriousness. It's usually sad." "I promise that this isn't anything sad." "Then what is it TB." I rose an eyebrow. "TB- teddy bear." Her nose scrunched up and I fought the urge to smile from how adorable she looked. "Actually, no. TB sounds horrible."

I chuckle "little one,I don't go around claiming people I go around the world just to claim you, besides I wasn't asking if you want to be mine .. " I hold her chin up and look into her blue eyes and whisper in her ears"you are already mine" . She shivers and steps back and asked“who are you" "Asher Sanchez I replied but ,you can call me anything you want little one" She slightly gasps and wispers "Alpha of the lycans?, But how? I thought they don't exist " she looks up and says "I don't know what is going on but you can't be my mate ,I don't even have a wolf yet this has to be some kind of misunderstanding "

His eyes rounded in fear and for a minute, he almost stopped breathing. “You are going to kill him?” He asked in a quiet voice. He was cute when he was scared. I didn’t think he loved his father that much because I hated mine. But then again, he’s daddy's little boy for a reason. “Depends on your response, Tesoro.” I replied flatly, pretending not to care about his answer, “I’m not forcing you into anything.” I shrugged with a lazy smile on my lips. He released a breath, lowering his gaze to his thighs as though he was thinking of something. “Fucking asshole.” He cursed under his breath, but I heard it.

Suddenly my vision goes hazy and the room starts to spin, I lose control of everything but manage to let three words pass my lips before I blackout, three words that I don't understand but speak anyway, as my world turns dark, they slip from my mouth before the blackness takes over. "My little wolf!"

she scoffs. I bite my lower lip, “I can’t help that Daddy didn’t give me his tall gene, I’m like Momma,” I beam at him, “compact size and will be strong like her.” Tyler chuckles, “more like bite size Brook.” I turn glaring at him, he’s 11 and already as tall as Lynx and he’s 17, “you’re not funny Ty,” I narrow my eyes. He chuckles, “come on bite size, dance with me.”
