"Because you're gonna stuff us full of your meat and make us forget we ever knew another man!" The robot tilted his head, processing the information. Then he spoke again, still addressing Layla. "I am programmed to satisfy all your needs, owner. And based on my initial scans, I detect a strong arousal and sexual deprivation in both you and your friends." He glanced at Toni and Brianna. "Your bonded mates do not seem to be meeting your requirements adequately. Perhaps it would be best if you all proceeded to the bedroom so I may properly fulfill your needs." He paused, then added, "I have compiled a suitable playlist to enhance the mood. Shall I start it now?"

He is my boyfriend and we will get married" I said pausing. Suddenly, all my memories invaded my mind when Bennett rejected me for being a weak wolf. "Walter doesn't want me as a lover, but he will give me what my mate never wanted to give me. Not only will he give me the title of moon, but he will give me a real relationship where he won't hide me with his pack. Also, he will make me forget the man I once loved...". I answer His jaw ticks but I can't seem to find the switch to shut my mouth "Why don't you just go back to your new toy huh? Leave me alone, this is Ronan's role so stop mixing up yourself for your brother." I spit with so much venom. "Step-brother." I huff, "Whatever you want Brandon. You don't have any right to act all possessive with me,you're not my boyfriend." "Your so called boyfriend didn't even notice your state back there,he didn't come after you and here you are saying it's his role, he's just a pathetic loser." "Stop! I don't care about your opinion Brandon, just go back to Bree." "So this is about Bree?"

My steps quickened as I tried my best to reach my office before breaking down. I paused when I found the door slightly ajar. I pushed it open and stepped in. He was seated in my chair, a smile plastered across his face. His short, curly hair fell onto his forehead, giving him a slightly boyish charm. He was dressed in a pristine white shirt tucked into black slacks. “I thought I’d take you home,” he said. Despite the turmoil inside me, I felt my lips curve upwards. Nathiel Brooks. My first boyfriend. My first love. My first kiss.

“No one really knows. Some say he’s a secret romantic man. Others say he’s part robot.” I nearly snorted my coffee out of my nose. “Part robot?” She nodded solemnly. “Yup. Like, he’s so perfect it’s suspicious. He remembers everyone’s birthdays, notices when you change your hair, even remembers if you said your cat was sick three weeks ago.” I blinked. “That’s... actually really sweet.” “Or terrifying. "Depends on the day,” Samira said, laughing. I shook my head, smiling. “Well, robot or not, he’s been way nicer than any boss I have known.”

He placed it next to Theodore's toy car and said, "This is the latest model. Looks cool, doesn't it? I got this robot just for you, Theo." Theodore swatted the robot aside with a loud smack.

He began to walk toward me and after pulling back the chair right beside me, he sat down and turned to me and I hiccuped in reaction to his stare just as Fernandez stood up and bowed his head to him. “Good morning boss” he greeted and Mr Rover waved him off in response. “Have a seat, Fernandez” he replied and Fernandez sat down immediately. “Um, g…good morning, Mr Rover” I greeted and he shook his head. “It's Michael Rover. Just call me Michael, alright?” He told me and I gulped again because I couldn't see myself calling him so informally. Not when he scared me so much. “So today, you're going to act as my girlfriend because you're going to meet my father. Okay?” he said and I blinked so ma
