Since I learned in school that most of the triplets born in the alpha line are all alpha men. Most of the alphas the pack had were triplets but there were a few exceptions in which twins were born, where one of the twins had ingested their triplets. In that way, the one that had consumed the other baby was automatically going to be crowned an alpha because they are said to be even faster than the regular alphas.
