Mythical Dragon Names Male Novels & Stories

I hope, like the last three times he went out, that he comes home without an egg. There are six colors of dragons – the rarest are the golden queens. They are the most powerful of all dragons. Their mates are primarily the formidable silver dragons, known for their speed, agility, and power. But there are also bronze dragons, always males, who, in rare instances, are strong enough to mate with a queen. Then there are green dragons who are also male and red and blue dragons, which are always females, and usually mate with green or bronze dragons. I hate the practice of hunting dragon eggs. Dragon riders are rare, exceptionally rare. However, those who become dragon riders have the power and s

'' both dragon and rider cocked their heads to face each other. ''Now, this is awkward, you should have a name'' ''You think?'' the dragon drawled sarcastically "Oh crap I don't know many dragon names'' ''It must not be a dragon name, but it should be a fun one, so don't call me Marienne or Belle or Lya, Blurrgh!'' the dragon shuddered and Zutara laughed heartily. "You are a girl dragon'' "Of course, I am a girl dragon would a boy dragon be this shiny and amazing''

I guess a few weeks of waiting for the mate they claimed to desperately want didn’t cut it for them’. ‘Athena, you don’t kn…’. I tune her out after that. She doesn’t see this my way. Our beasts are wired to love each other, and I am sure they are great. Come to think of it… I don’t even know their dragon’s names I think. “What are your dragon’s names?”. I ask softly. “Zayan”. “Zaire”. They both reply equally soft, seemingly confused by my question. I don’t understand the confusion though. Did I know their names already? I would think I would have remembered them if I had. But I guess I could have forgotten.

She told me that it had been a while since her dragon was out. “I just worry. I haven’t shifted in so long.” I state. “Everything is going to be fine. My dragon is terribly excited to meet Gemma.” Dray says. “Oh shit, I just realized that I don’t know the names of your dragons.” I blurt out. “Grendel is my dragon's name,” Dray tells me. “My dragon’s name is Haldor,” Drake states.

"Please." With another grumble, he begins the story. "Drakon, the king of dragons, fell in love with the daughter of a Goddess. He courted her knowing she was his true mate. When he finally consummated their union, he discovered she had given her virginity to another. He was mated to a woman who would never transcend. In his great rage, he killed her." We both remain quiet until he speaks again a few minutes later. "A dragon's rage is incomparable to anything you've ever seen. Mine is worse. You cannot want to be around me if I'm ever in that condition."

Then the last one, well, I smiled as I saw him. “You heard the name BLACK DRAGON right?” our boss continued. I can clearly see their reactions. The tall guy just raised an eyebrow. The mohawk guy looked straight to our boss. The last one just smiled and the youngest boy looked excited. “Black Dragon?! Who wouldn’t know him?! He’s a legend! One of the few we look up to! He can be lined up beside Shadow and Eclipse! An expert and a genius! You’re going to introduce him to us?!” he finally said. I smiled. If only you know. I thought.

I asked, feeling sorry for the young man or boy who’d been forced to do such terrible things. “I went to a fire mage, actually,” he said. “He bound my dragon.” Kieran gestured to the red tattoo peeking up over his shoulder. “He bound my dragon here, like this.” “That’s your dragon?!” I gasped. “All chained up?” “Yes,” he confirmed. “Do you mind if I ask you about… him?” I asked, nodding to the tattoo. “What’s his name?” “His name is Naeghiros,” he said, and then his voice dropped to a whisper. “Naeghiros is the name of the first and last dragon, the dragon charged with setting our world on fire.”

Zarek had been following his would-be mate for miles, keeping his distance so she wouldn’t see him. His would-be mate wasn’t just a potential partner but a warrior. She was strong and courageous, having took on a dragon by herself. She was so much more than he had anticipated. He had only thought that she may be a meek shy little thing like his mother had been before she became pregnant with him. Most human women were terrified of male dragons. Male dragons were known to be territorial when it came to their women and rough with them, wielding their strength against the weaker sex. Human women avoided dragon folk, sticking to their human villages where they could claim or be claimed by a huma

I spent hours studying the text. I learned about Alice's Dragon, referred to in ancient languages as the 'Rare Healer of Fire.' This unique dragon was gifted with ancient magic. If the Rare Healer of Fire mated with another dragon, they would be reborn as humans but retain the ability to use dragon magic without their dragon forms.

He forgot that she was not from here. “Actually dragons can take human form. That is how they mate, all dragons are male. If they have a female child with their maiden, she will also be a maiden just having dragon’s blood.” “Maiden?” Sybil asked confused. “Yes, it is the term for a female with a dragon’s soul inside her.” “You creatures here are complicated.” Sybil said in a sigh and he laughed again. “When you are born of magic it happens.” She guessed that was true. Still strange.
