Fighting History (Fighting For Love 4)

“I hope it’ll all be OK.” “Me too. So, just wait here just a bit longer, and I’ll have someone come and get you when Rita’s in the transplant ICU ward.” “Thanks.” Carrie glanced at the sketch pad on the chair. “You drew those?” “Yeah.” “What are they? Dancing women?” “Apsaras. Female spirits from Hindu and Buddhist mythology, usually associated with water and air – with clouds, mostly.” “Wow.” Carrie stared at the drawings. “They’re beautiful.” Maggie blushed. “Thanks. They’re for that big commission I told you about.”

The Bad Son-in-Law

The Bad Son-in-Law

Naga/Nagini Generally, Indonesian people know that what is called a dragon is a dragon. However, the Dragon itself is actually a different mythological creature from the Dragon. Dragons appear in Hindu and Buddhist cultures, probably from India and beyond. Dragons are creatures that are half snake, half human, sometimes depicted as a giant snake. The male version is called Naga, while the female version is called Nagini. Dragons are often considered as evil entities, but not infrequently they are also considered as guardians of rivers or lakes. 10. Ghoul

Love and Three Chances

Love and Three Chances

Thane asked. "They are not demons. They are powerful creatures imprisoned in Tartarus and they came from different races." She answered. Thane stayed quiet for a moment. How could she summon the creatures from Tartarus if she's weak? He thought inwardly. "Have you ever thought about the things your father told you might be a lie? I mean he said you're weak, but I don't think you are as weak as what you had been told. No creature could summon powerful beings from Tartarus but you. How many can you summon?" He asked.

The vanished family a memory of murder

It was a world unlike any he had ever seen, both awe-inspiring and unsettling. Amidst this ethereal scenery, Vihaan encountered strange creatures. They resembled a fusion of mythical beasts and ancient folklore, with wings that shimmered like opals and eyes that held galaxies within. These beings spoke to him in a language of whispers, their words carrying a weight of forgotten knowledge and profound secrets. Vihaan wandered through this dream world, his senses overwhelmed by the beauty and mystique that surrounded him. He felt a deep connection to this realm, as if it held a piece of his soul that had been hidden away.

Demon: Supernatural Bad Boys V

Demon: Supernatural Bad Boys V

Like a puppet on a string, the creature turns and approaches Sahara. But Sahara is not easily deterred. Her face set in a derisive scowl, she takes something out of her pocket and begins to chant. Off in the distance, a cry reverberates throughout the landscape. The hairs on my neck stand on end when the ground begins to shudder. But this time, it’s not whatever storm Sahara brought with her. This time a stampeding group of creatures shuffles towards us─ and they look incensed. The creatures don’t look like anything I’ve seen before. These creatures have lizard-like heads and bodies like rhinos. Their mouths are open with long wide tongues and razor-sharp teeth. Seeing Sahara’s new recruits,

Being sold To The Highest Bidder

Being sold To The Highest Bidder

Hidden beneath the sands of the canyon floor was a massive abyssal creature, bound in chains, its eyes glowing with a malevolent light. "It's a trap," Liora whispered, her voice filled with dread. Before we could retreat, the creature stirred, sensing our presence. The chains binding it started to unravel, released by unseen forces from the outpost. It was not just any creature; it was a Leviathan, an ancient beast of destruction, long believed to be a myth.
