The Lycan Prince’s Puppy

The Lycan Prince’s Puppy

“I’ve never seen one before!” “Like I said,” Kylan tried again. “We’ve got many outside visitors—” “Look!” “A man with…horns?” I tilted my head, still trying to make sense out of it. I wasn’t even going to try guessing what he was, but he kind of looked like a goat. “What even is that thing?” “A Faun.” “Faun?” “Yes,” Kylan muttered with a smile. “I knew you grew up isolated, but I really expected a nerd like you to know what a faun looks like.”

A year has already passed, and the book is still not finished. Although it is very well written (except for the chapters where the action drags), I have started to get bored. I keep waiting for “ the war that ends the world” but it never comes.

I used to wait for the chapters but now it is unnecessarily dragged on. Author builds up for climax so nicely but unfortunately it never comes which leaves reader frustrated and at some point gives up ( like me). Seems like lot of tease without any ending.

MUTE & ABUSED MATE

MUTE & ABUSED MATE

What exactly is a fae? She had never heard of faes before, she wrote while eating her pancakes, and all the new animals and facts are overwhelming her. Xaun laughed as he looked at his charming companion. "Well, this small creature is a sort of mythological being and a legendary creature, they are secluded from the rest of the world in their ideal home and lands, they have various skills and magical capabilities, and they can transform into a little butterfly" Fleurie is overjoyed by the idea of witnessing the handsome guy transform into a small creature.

Not man, the ears looked like the Fae's. I followed the carvings down to the man, a woman Luna created, and a child. Then there were three more, then seven, then twenty of the Fae, and counting. I moved further downwards, skipping the foreign writings and stumbled upon another image of the goddess creating the dryads and other sorts of creatures. I skipped it, totally forgetting that Nyx was in the cave behind me and getting engrossed in the story. The carvings stopped upon Luna creating the humans last and all four races standing together as one.

Blood and Rain

Blood and Rain

"The brother in blood has brought more than just corporate proxies to our borders, Lucian. He has digging crews, and he is hunting for the thresholds. The Tuatha Dé Danann are stirring beneath the mounds." Rebecca’s breath caught in her throat. Her research in the archives had hinted at the deeper mythology of the glen, but hearing it confirmed out loud sent a shiver down her spine. The Tuatha Dé Danann—the ancient, powerful fairy race of old—still resided on this very land.

Tulip gasped. “Oh no what? What do you think it is?” Aria asked Tulip. “We’ve seen something similar to this. It was when we were younger. Herb, do you remember?” Rowan said and asked. “You mean when Tulip got lost in the woods and Ricky found her?” Herb scoffed. “How could I forget? Mom and Dad nearly packed us all up and moved because of that Fae.” “Fae?” Aria asked. “Faeries are Fae; it’s more an all-encompassing term for a bunch of species. Faeries, Gnomes, Trolls, Elves, the list goes on.” Rose explained.

A Mate to Howl For

A Mate to Howl For

Next, he told of the felines Minatious and Micya who took the form of tigers, though their children could take any large cat breed. Cullen frowned as he thought of the old legend. He couldn't recall who the rats or the bulls were. He would have to call Colin, who knew the myth better. Finally, he talked of the Phoenix. There had only ever been one pair who lived and died, only to be reborn. Mattieus and Annos were said to be the first. By the time he talked of the Moon Goddess and how the wolves devoted their allegiance to her in the original war with the humans, Jackson had opened his eyes.

INTO THE WILDERNESS: The Journey

"Five hundred years ago in our kingdom, in Leafland. Where Nymphs are the ruler. By creatures I mean Gnomes and Elves, Fauns and Faeries, Goblins, Ogres, Trolls Sprites, Bogies, Elvens and different kind of Nymphs such as Dryads, Naiads.. They tended to it and looked after it, playing, dancing, and singing in it, caring for injured animals, resolving species conflicts, sitting on mushrooms discussing import issues while drinking labrador tea.. the little ones riding downstream on leaves and bark, and parachuting from trees with dandelion seeds.." he stopped for a while looking at the moon.

A CUPCAKE FOR MY WARRIOR-MATE

A CUPCAKE FOR MY WARRIOR-MATE

"It's a mighty and dangerous creature that feeds off on other beings. Once it sets eyes on you, it transmits the wavelength of your soul and breaks them down into dissonances. As soon as it sees the resonance of your soul, it will suck it up thereby making it more powerful." Germaine did not understand a word of the nonsense Ennie had just sprouted. Resonances and dissonances. Those were words that made absolutely no meaning to her. She was still reeling from the possibility of there being other creatures in this realm. As the Loa crashed further on, she looked to where Ennie shook like a leaf and asked. "Apart from werewolves and Loas, are there any other creatures in this realm?" Ennie nod

 The Alpha’s Forbidden Coyote Mate

The Alpha’s Forbidden Coyote Mate

Though it’s likely to see a werecreature whose emotions are heightened to lose control and transform. What most human fictional stories tend to miss is our origin. We are derived from powerful beasts known as the forbidden animals. The forbidden animals resemble the average lion, panther, wolf, and hyena, among other members of the animal species. But these creatures are at least three times their size, move in flashing speed, and are immeasurably more powerful than the average wildlife in the animal kingdom.
