I grind out, but Arthur waves his hand at me in dismissal. “We had no proof, but when Ryatt came to me shortly after Queen Maeve’s stand against the Viper, I remembered something. Something from the time of the Firestone era, the banshee scream she described. Yes, that was it. You see, there are dozens of types of faeries, or at least, in the myths about them–water fae with their siren songs and elemental magic, fae with the ability to fly, to make flowers bloom, to paint the sky with stars and… rewrite memories.” Arthur looks directly at me. “Yes, just like you, High Lord of the Mystics.”

[Narrator's POV] A long time ago, there was a group of male sinners, also called cursed humans, who had been altered by the Gods to transform into evil giants with fur-covered bodies, bull-like heads, and tails. These monsters, born from the arrogance of man towards the Gods, came to be known as Minotaurs or the Monsters of the Labyrinths. Five of them found themselves trapped inside the confusing structures created by Poseidon, where five pairs were currently walking through. "To kill is to live" was their belief, and they eagerly awaited the arrival of the defenders to satisfy their hunger.

It wouldn't hurt to briefly look around. All I had to guide me were the rumors and myths about the Fae and their realm. The problem with myths, is that you never know what might be real. Myth says the Fae can't lie, but no one has ever been able to prove that. Out of all the legends I knew, there was one fact. Monsters came from this realm, some harboring magic while others had claws, fangs, or poison. All were deadly, and all caused death when they managed to find a portal and cross over. Remembering all of the myths I knew, I suddenly felt very exposed. My eyes darted around the clearing, looking as far into the forest as I could.

Daine chuckled how scared I was but heckers it was to dang high. “Zaos means well,” Daine began. “He was a full-blooded Fae until he met his mate, Annabelle, who is an elf. Once species are mated and bonded, their blood mixes with each other, giving each other some of the same genetics of species. So they are considered half and half. That’s why Zaos is so much taller than the rest of us. It’s great for the sirens, so they can walk on land for indefinite periods of time.” Daine spoke like I would understand any of this. My mouth hung open, clutching the vine for dear life.

Aynyra was sick of non-believers. "Fine," Rhae chuckled. Rhae began reading the book of children's stories, that told great tales of Fae, Faeries, Pixies, Shapeshifters, Draekons and magic of all kinds. It was inspirational for a book of myths as protagonists overcame challenges over challenges. Fae rode Draekons, Shapeshifters were powerful creatures and Pixies were tricksters who challenged any kind of hierarchy in the magical world.

It seems weird that she focused on that and not the more pressing issue. “I mean, yea I don’t think he will be a problem again.” My voice sounds unsure even to my own ears. “Oh good. I would’ve hated to have to hunt him down. Takes time away from the things I enjoy, you know? Any ways, about your magic. I am not well versed when it comes to different kinds of magic. As you might know, Faun don’t have any particular magic. We are good with plants and animals, but nothing crazy. I would say we should ask my mate because he does actually know quite a bit about magic of all kinds. The color of your magic seems to be a point you were sure to make. I have no idea why the color would be that import

It was obvious she didn't get out in the sun that often. "Magical creatures?" Buttercup wondered if there had been studies done on the Seelie and Unseelie. "As in mythology?" "Well, you can study mythological creatures, but most of them were real at one time or another. There have been many books written about the Seelie and the Unseelie, the faerie folk who dwell among us in hiding and usually cause mischief. However, they can be a great help to those who believe and treat them with respect."

"Oh my gods, are you afraid of a cutie thing like this? Are serious, Kai?" He teased laughing hard and out loud. "You, the serious guy who every outsider fear, is afraid of a ferret. My gods, a FERRET!" He was almost crying with laughter. "Damn, you such a baby boy, Kai." "Gods help me, he'll never forget this. Thanks to you, little witch." I laughed at him again. "Tell me it's a girl!" Exclaimed a blond fae male that entered the room. Taller like the other two, with golden skin like Kai and dark eyes.

The centaurs, the faes, the fairies, the woodland creatures, the trolls and so many more. They were her children and they were kept in the Garden of Shannon.

The lower abdomen was covered in thick dark brown fur with legs that resemble those of a goat. “The Faun! I thought they were gone," said Edmund in surprise. "Unfortunately, the fauns have not been destroyed even though our numbers are already very limited in Magica," snorted Kyron as he threw the rope wrapped around him. Edmund raised his hand so that the knights would stop entangling Faun in front of him with ropes.
