Names Mean Fox Novels & Stories

Yeah, OK, there was a strong similarity especially around the chin and eyes: the guy had the same steady, hard blue-steel gaze. “So… he got his red hair from his father?” she said. “Hell, yeah.” Zeke laughed. “The hair and fiery temper too. And his brains and cunning from his Mom, all of which is why he’s called Fox.” “Huh. Logical.” “Road names always have some truth in ‘em,” Zeke told her. “They’re like inside jokes, or they’re about something physical or unique about the guy.” “That does make sense. They’re like nicknames a bit, but not so casual, right?”

The stranger tilts their head before quickly writing something on the paper before sending it back to me. “A cautious one, I see. You can call me Fox.” I raised an eyebrow at the winking fox that was added to the paper. That was obviously a fake name but I doubt that a stranger in the middle of the night would tell another stranger their name. “Well, Fox, my name is Princess then. What is a fox like you doing under my room this late at night?” I couldn’t help but give a fake name as well. For some reason, I wanted to mess around with this stranger who had those beautiful silver eyes. When the stranger, Fox, read the airplane after I threw it in their direction their shoulder shook in what I

We are so widely different it’s barely comparable. Foxes are mostly solitary preferring to roam our territory alone. Because foxes so rarely group up most people don’t even know what to call it. It’s so odd to see a grouping of foxes that depending on what’s going on it has different names. A Sulk, a lead, earth, or a leash are all terms given to describe the odd occurrence of foxes grouping up. We are independent, mysterious, untrusting, cunning, and as the saying goes sly. Yes, there is folklore about foxes as well but just as we are viewed by the world our ledges follow suit. People fail to realize that to be cunning and sly you must observe, you must be patient, and timing is critical. T

Though to become a contracted beast, a blood pact must be formed between us— however, I don’t have magic on me… so all I could do is to give her name. The cat, then snugs her head on my hand for a while, as if she’s putting her scent on me. “…Yes. Please give me a name, master…!” Fortunately, I have been preparing this for quite a while ever since she asked. “Alright then… your name from now on— will be known as ‘Felix’.” “Does my name have a meaning…?” “Of course. In rune language, it means ‘happy and lucky’.” “Happy and lucky…”

After a while, Leo took off her wireless in-ear and handed it to me. “Fox has a few things to say.” I nodded and put the in-ear. “Fox?” [It’s all set. In the last 25 seconds before you go, I want to hear you promise you’ll name one of your kids after me.] I chuckled. “I don’t think Fox is good for a name, though.” [N-No, I mean, my real name. It’s Yggdrasil. You can call him Asil.] I paused. His name is from a sacred tree in Norse mythology. Wow. It was beautiful.

I'm glad he's on my side. Fox nods at Skull. "Fuck you. Clutch can deal with you, I'll handle the kid." Fox is the only member who never calls me by my club nickname or my real name. He's called me "kid" since I met him in prison. I think it's because he knew it bothered me back then. I was a twenty-year-old kid and had trouble hiding my feelings. It was a dangerous habit and the first forty-eight hours behind prison bars cured me of it.

He said, referring to our wolves. I nodded in agreement. "What's his name?" This time Adam's wolf grinned and I could see amusement in his Amber eyes. "His name's Faxon." I didn't know if Faxon could also hear me, but all the same, I introduced myself, "it's nice to meet you, Faxon. I'm Abby and my wolf is Salem." We rubbed our heads against each other affectionately once again, basking in our new forms before Adam suggested that we should get back to the house.

By joining the two packs together, they named it "The Phoenix Pack" The Phoenix is a mythical bird that is often associated with rebirth, renewal, and immortality. It is said to live for hundreds of years before bursting into flames and being reborn from its own ashes. This idea of rebirth and renewal is often associated with the Phoenix, which made "Phoenix Pack" the appropriate name for the pack that has gone through a transformative period and emerged stronger. Additionally, the Phoenix is also associated with power, strength, and resilience, which is great for a pack that is dominant and feared by others.

He frowned and then sighed. "I know what that look is," he mumbled then pulled out his keys and got into the driver's seat. "Yes, I'll take you two home. I expect you to take good care of the fox too, Laurence. We don't know if Inari will come looking for him or if you are going to be able to keep him for a very long time." The fox watched Silas putting the key in the ignition curiously then growled as the car started. He slipped further into my shirt so that only his head and ears were out of it and curled his body up into a ball against my chest. I could feel his fur rubbing against my skin as he breathed softly, his body rumbling with his growls. Silas glanced at him and smirked. "Oh hush

"Every third wolf is named Luna." "Fine. What's your suggestion?" "Something strong. Traditional. Royal." "Boring, you mean," Kieran says. They start arguing. I keep organizing. Sort tiny socks. Fold onesies. Arrange everything perfectly. "What about Alexander?" Damon suggests. "For a boy. Strong. Classic. Royal." "Alexander Thorne." Kieran tests it. "Not bad. But what if it's a girl?" "Victoria." "Absolutely not. Too stuffy." "You're too stuffy."
