A ghost of a smile forms in his face, staring straight into his eyes, he continues, "Show me." Hiro squints in confusion. He turns his head to Jun as if asking what the unknown supernatural manbaby wants. The man's face was split in half. Jesus, she'd never seen anything like it. It was as if someone had taken a machete to him and then someone else had tried to sew the pieces back together. There was a visible seam that ran from his chin, over his lip up into one nostril. His nose was flattened and flared crookedly. The seam continued up between his brows and then ran a crooked pattern to disappear beneath the hood.

The sight of it froze me. The person was half shifted. I had seen partial shifts before, usually in young wolves who lost control, but this was different. This was not a shift that had happened by choice. Half the face was wolf, jaw extended, pure black fur climbing up one side of the neck and stopping abruptly where the skin started again. The human half was swollen. Cut open above the brow. The mouth was slightly open. I looked away. I could not help it. Whatever had happened to that person had been done by many hands over a long time.

My eyes widened and I tried to snatch my hand away from his hold but instead of letting me go, he tightened his grip even more. "Let me go." I said and hit him on his arm, making him chuckle. Did he just laugh? Maniac!!!! Before he could force me to sit down on his bike a hand came out of nowhere and grabbed my wrist , stopping us right away. I frowned and looked down at the hand holding my wrist. It was long and slender. My eyes widened and I snapped my head up. Nolan? It was Nolan. He was wearing a hoodie that was covering his long beautiful hair as he was wearing his brown lenses with a mask covering half of his face.

He drifted into serious thought. There was still another sound but this time a book moved, almost falling off the shelf, he quickly held on to it and pulled it out to have a closer look. He flipped the pages but there was just writing. He sighed and wanted to return it to that spot on the shelf, as he raised his head slowly he glimpsed a sudden appearance of a face that was now staring back at him, "Hinata!!" He muttered almost yelling, as his both eyes were now fixed on her sour face, she looked rather too nervous and it was showing vividly on her angelic face.

His fingers still wore the shades of red and black colours, while tiny drops of white and gold, glinted off the backpack he had scrapped off the floor, just a few minutes after Yvette's text. He tilted his head to the brick wall he stood before, and stared a few seconds at the half finished painting. He had managed the upper half of the skull with tiny rose petals floating over it, but the lower jaw was missing. The top had its complete set of gold lined smirking teeth, which among those was a fang soiled in mostly red and part gold. I jerked as his hands enveloped mine, the warmth from it send beautiful goosebumps all over me.
