Ivy exclaimed, rushing to grab the kitten. She scooped up Luna and deposited her into her basket before turning back to Victor. "Victor, I'm so sorry!" Ivy cried, trying to help him sit up. But Victor pushed her away, his eyes blazing with anger. Ivy knew she had gone too far. She needed to think fast to divert his attention from his allergic reaction. Without hesitation, Ivy leaned in and pressed her lips to Victor's. The kiss was meant to distract him, but as soon as their lips touched, Ivy felt a spark of electricity.

~ Peter ~ I hugged her unconscious naked body to mine kissing her swollen lips which were purple now. Her eyes were puffy with her ruined mascara. Tears were dried on her rosy cheeks. She was a beautiful mess. I proudly looked at the marks I made on her. "I will kill anyone who try to take you away from me"_______________ ~ IVY~ I slowly opened my eyes not knowing where I was. Then it hit me. I was aching in places I have never felt pains before.

"Vivienne. Spare me the performances. Don't think sending gifts through Ivy means I'll forgive what you did. Seeing you stoop to this just makes me sick." He turned back to Ivy without another word. The bonfire burned higher as the night wore on. Then, without warning, Ivy let out a sharp, agonized cry. "What's wrong?" Kael went pale and caught her against him. Ivy raised one trembling finger toward me. "It was... it was Vivienne. She gave me a drink earlier... it had ice-bee venom in it. Vivienne, I understand you're jealous because Kael loves me, but why would you do this to my face—"

“I am a bit offended, yet I forgive you.” She then casually brushes it aside, with her smile which Nate also knows to be her kind of practice. Just like the tea that she’s been serving him. Her little game as the huntress is a poison for the sins themselves. “Well, how was my tea?” “Relaxing.” One word, but that is all that it takes for a commentary that Aira wanted from Nate. “I see, well I still have some poison ivy left in my kitchen. Ivy immediately ran over to the mirror, her heart was racing as she stared at her reflection in the mirror. There was no way this was happening. She rubbed her eyes, thinking maybe she was still dreaming, but the injury was not even there anymore, it was just her bare head staring back at her.

Ivy's lips curled into a mocking smile, her eyes showing disdain. Nash wasn’t interested in arguing. He grabbed Ivy's shoulder with one hand while keeping his gun trained on her with the other, constantly scanning the surroundings. Ivy was his best leverage. Ivy’s contempt was genuine. With a wave of her hand, Nash suddenly smelled a fragrance filling the air. Nash hadn’t expected this move, but he kept the gun pressed to her head. Ivy smiled coldly. "Nash, even if you can hold out for a while, the poison in your body and my powder will weaken you soon enough. You can't resist."

She wanted to crawl to Quinn but Elder John and Samuel watched her curiously. “What’s the matter, Ivy, what happened to show me what you’re made of?” Elder John taunted. “Leave her be!” Quinn growled, getting to his feet. The poison was getting to him, but he had to show John he wasn’t weak. “Stay down dog!” John growled kicking him in the face. “The more you fight the poison the longer it takes to kill you. You might as well just lay there and let it work its magic.” Ivy tried getting to her feet, but she was too weak. She was able to get to her knees.

I laughed and pulled up a picture on my phone. “She’s a comic villain. A sexy, dangerous lady with red hair.” He studied it, then me. “She’s got nothing on you. You’re sexier.” “Yeah, right,” I said, laughing. “Juan’s crazy, but the name fits.” He raised his brows. “Poison Ivy.” “You’ve got to be kidding me.” I laughed in disbelief.

Then it changes to crystalline blue so pure that no human language can name it. The men holding her arms scream before releasing their grip. They stagger backward, clutching their chests, their palms blistered pink and black as if they had thrust them into open flames. One collapses to his knees while another runs into a tree in a frantic attempt to escape his own skin. Ivy rises. But she is no longer quite Ivy.
