I resisted the urge to give in and pushed away the fingers clawing at my mind. I looked at the other two. Both Dudley and Maurice’s movements had become stiff and slow-paced, their limbs moved as if weighted down. Their eyes were pitch-black and their faces were frozen in a grimace of stark terror. They had turned around and were coming for me, fighting to stop themselves, but unable. How was he controlling them? He was a necromancer. He couldn’t control the living only the... and suddenly it all made sense. How long had we been dead?

Damien adjusted her hair with surprising tenderness. “Whatever happens in there,” Kael said, looking at both of them, “we face it together. No regrets.” “No regrets,” Damien echoed. Serena smiled through fresh tears. “No regrets.” They stepped out of the greenhouse hand in hand — a werewolf, a vampire, and a witch, bound by blood, grief, love, and growing desire. The final descent into the Nexus awaited. As they approached the glowing archway once more, the fusion creature had grown even stronger, now absorbing the bodies of fallen infected around it. It blocked the entrance completely and spoke with a chilling new clarity: “You cannot complete the ritual… until you feed me one of your own.”

Higgins had now become filled with compassion, or at least no other option. "We need to ressurrect the former Alpha and make him rally his pack. He's going to tell them of how Ramsy ended his life and lead them away from following him. Nefario needs proof that Ramsy spear heads the evil roting inside the pack but for that..." "You need a Necromancer who is skilled in allowing communication with the dead." Higgins led to a conclusion, one that left him short of words. "That's why you chose me, isn’t it?” He seemed dissappointed, perhaps he expected more of a returned sentiment to his sincere prior advances.

I barely make a sound but just to be sure, I also activated a spell that will ensure he won’t be able to smell or sense me. At the bottom of the grand staircase, he turns right, toward the old museum annex I’d once helped design. It’s filled with relics and curiosities: swords, banners, magical artifacts, even a petrified lycan’s paw. But he doesn’t seem interested in any of those. Instead, he kneels on a display rug and removes it, showing a thick, iron-banded trapdoor that leads to the basement. He then unlocks it with a key hanging from his necklace.

But aside from that, the Necromancer Hunt was also established. A massive amount of gold, silver and properties are promised to the one who will be able to kill the Necromancer all because the one who is being hunted is the only Necromancer alive in the whole kingdom. Saiya raised her hand and as soon as it cast a shadow on the floor, Greyn appeared beside her. "I'm the only necromancer alive, right?" Greyn answered with a nod. "Then who might be the necromancer hiding at Akashia Village a month ago?" TO BE CONTINUED

The righteous side got wind of it and since some were threatened by her amazing carving skills they decided to take her life. The carver was killed by a thousand cuts for colluding with the evil factions, when the guardian heard it she massacred the righteous factions, took the carver’s body which she buried in a crystal coffin in her palace. The legend says that the guardian didn’t have any will to live anymore which is why she buried herself next to the carver so that in their next lives they will be meet and be together again. I was still sitting on the ground looking at his back. He turned to me and smiled. "I'll protect you, don't worry," he said under his breath. He looked at my bloody arm. His eyes turned gray for a moment and then they disappeared. He smiled at me once again, before facing again the man who attempted my life. Knox raised his hand and a ball of air came out of it which surprised me. Does he also have powers?! It's like I'm just dreaming! The man also raised his hand and then black smoke came out again. The two of them were about to throw away their power when an arrow suddenly hit the man's head and he suddenly turned into ashes which surprised me even more. What the—

"Can he do that, I mean how?" "Necromancers serve as link between the dead and the living. I'm alive and human, but not the other creatures, they're not of the physical world and only a necromancer can take them there. What you see happening to your town is as a result of his coming, as he draws nearer so will the disaster get worse. So by the time he arrives, the remaining survivals will be annihilated by the abomination he'll invite to your world." "How do we stop him?"

He chose a necromancer over his family. This selfish and deranged man wanted to take my powers for himself. I was already afraid but some thing terrified me more. This necromancer had black magic to bring back dead people, she was definitely going to kill me. I was in fact l was already a dead person. Dead man's blood was already coursing through my blood.
