Lycan King

Lycan King

Lester has healed enough to move around, but he still has a lot of healing to do. "Joe and Adrian" I call them over to me. I need to link them to our pack. Being direct descendants of the first Lycan, Lisa and I have the ability to push our thoughts into the minds of any wolf without creating a link, but Adrian and Joe will need to be able to link with the others, so I need to link them. "I need to link you two to the pack," I tell them once they are standing in front of me. Joe gives me a nod while Adrian holds his hand out smiling.

I gotta admit that new original mythologies that aren't aimed at children definitely draw me in. I love werewolves and this story maintained my interest and entertained my imagination the whole way through. The hybrid thing was kind off a lay up but it served the story well. Final battle sucked.

I love this book! I wasn’t sad when I finished because I knew about the follow up book, Lycan Blood, which I just started. There was no doubt in my mind I was going to jump right in to the next book. The first one was so good, so well written from start to finish. Book 2 is is looking to be awesome!

Traveller Of Two Worlds

Traveller Of Two Worlds

It is much more appropiate to called him a well mannered uncle rather than an Overlord of Death. “I see, that is understandable…I know normally a Lich would appear as a maniac who kill aimlessly, perhaps they even carry a seemingly overwhelming death aura..or perhaps dress in a tattered clothing…nevertheless, I am a bonafide Lich, in fact I have been this way for over a hundred thousand of years…”. (Lich) He answered my question with no hesitation at all, in fact despite weapons and hostility shown by Alehandro and Sasu, he still remain unfazed, almost as if he don’t considered them a threat at all.

A Sinner’s Redemption

A Sinner’s Redemption

It was beyond their capabilities; it was simply on another level. And such existence was now in front of him. Liore Nermus was an existence that brought disaster wherever he went. Chaos diligently followed in his footsteps every single time. Liore Nermus was a thousand-year-old lich. He looked at the village not far away. "This village... he's not going to cause havoc, right?" he unconsciously said his thoughts out loud. Amir turned to Ains. He watched as his young master's brow furrowed together. His pale lips were once again pursed together.

Immortal’s Fire Book 2 English Version

Immortal’s Fire Book 2 English Version

A majestic black wolf who's now growling and giving death glares. Shushi. He's here. He reached. Sushi is growling like he's going to eat all those chimps in front of him. Fear flooded their eyes as they saw Sushi, a necromancer who can eat their soul in just a snap. I saw how the monkeys retreated and flew away from this place. "They have left." I just said. "They will not win against a necromancer. They are feared on the land." Elijah answered me so I now looked at Sushi who looked at me as if he was accusing me.

A Slave to the Kings

A Slave to the Kings

Strïth stopped fighting and cringed, and my own body reacted to this, mirroring what my spiritual part had done. I swallowed, getting even more confused. Every second that passed made things more complicated and there were no answers to the questions already asked, only new ones. A greenish light begins to emerge from the entrance and the necromancer's aura oscillates, showing his desperation, perhaps he is trying to invoke some spell or portal, but only the melody and footsteps are heard.

To love a Lich

To love a Lich

He continued reading. As Aelfric studied the book further he found all manner or dark necromantic spell. A ceremony to bring the long dead to life, and one to animate the dead to do one's bidding. He also found spells of torture, of pain, and psychological torment, and one spell which seemed not nearly as evil as the others. A spell to bring a life back from the brink of death. It is the mad, dark, writings of a necromancer, who figured out how to manipulate mortality, including bringing someone back to life, using a fraction of your own life essence, how to animate the dead, and how to perform a liching. This is exactly what I wished for. And Arcus wants me to have this book so that I could

The Unknown Lycan Heir (The Lycan Trilogy: Book 1)

He had seen few zombie flicks during his stay in the human realm. "Necromancers?" Alexa frowned and Dimitri knew what would be her next question. "Necromancers are wizards who practice black magic on dead people," he explained. Alexa's mouth formed a cute 'O' while she thought about what he said. "Alexa... baby, it's almost lunchtime. You are starving our guests," Lucian intervened and Dimitri let out a sigh of relief. "Oh... shit, I forgot. You guys talk. I will get on to it," Alexa said and bounced towards the kitchen.

Lycan Kingdom

Lycan Kingdom

The strength of the magicians became very weak after isolating them after they were the second most powerful kingdom so that they were very close to us by force, but they were the ones who never kept the covenant and they betrayed Ayden when they plotted a very big conspiracy for him and then they did something even bigger and it was a curse he lost a comrade and that's why I want to set them on fire instead of taking one of them and go from here they are really hateful and very stupid people I hope that kingdom disappears in the end when I took his first step inside Everyone stopped walking and they all looked at him I looked strange Then someone spoke in a strange voice and said while poin

Reborn Of a Vampire Dragon

Reborn Of a Vampire Dragon

However, after being named they became Skeleton Death Knights of SS-Rank, being lesser versions of the two Skeleton Knights that guard the castle's gate, and holding superb physical strength, defenses, and even some talent using weapon techniques. After the Skeleton Magicians were evolved through Miasma, they evolved into S-Rank Skeleton Wizards, and then after being named, they turned into powerful Skeleton Necromancers at SS-Rank! This was stupendous, as they had effectively become lesser Liches. Of course, they were not true Liches and were still weaker compared to a True Lich, but they were talented at magic and also at raising the dead to expand Chaos' army. Chaos had begun to consider

Frequently Asked Questions

Necromancers in RPGs are fascinating because they toe the line between power and chaos, but a disastrous one? That’s a whole other level. For me, it’s not just about bad stats or weak spells—it’s the misuse of their toolkit. Imagine summoning a horde of undead in a cramped dungeon, only for them to block your party’s escape when things go south. Or worse, relying too heavily on minions without realizing they’re fragile against AOE attacks.

Another pitfall is ignoring the narrative weight of necromancy. In games like 'Divinity: Original Sin 2' or 'Pathfinder', NPCs react strongly to undead. A disastrous necromancer bulldozes through towns with skeletons in tow, triggering every guard and priest in sight. It’s hilarious until you’re locked out of quests because no one trusts you. The real disaster? Forgetting that necromancy is as much about strategy as it is about style—like wearing edgy robes but forgetting to invest in crowd control.
