Claiming Mr. Mafia [ Book 2 ]

Claiming Mr. Mafia [ Book 2 ]

But one thing was clear: the reemergence of the Information Center had sent shockwaves through the underworld, sparking fear and uncertainty among those who operated in the shadows. In the middle of the bustling activity inside the Information Center, Sherly's phone vibrated with an incoming call from Solace. Seeing her best friend's call to her private number, she immediately excused herself from the room. Sherly stepped into a quieter corridor to take the call, her heart lighter at the sound of her friend's voice. "Hey, Sol," Sherly greeted, a faint smile touching her lips as she leaned against the wall, grateful for the brief respite. Well, she couldn't help but smile because if she didn'

My Promiscuous Neighbor

My Promiscuous Neighbor

He had an elegant demeanor and gold-rimmed glasses. As soon as he closed the door, the noises began again. He obviously wasted no time picking up where he left off. Judging by the sounds, he must have been quite skilled. I rarely saw him leave his house. Maybe I should quit my job and set up a stall on his doorstep selling "protection", I thought. I doubt I'd need any other customers. I couldn't help but admire this satyriasis. Most people might feel embarrassed by having their neighbor turn up in the night to ask them to quiet down, but he didn't let it stop him one bit.

My Boss, My Nextdoor Neighbor And Me

My Boss, My Nextdoor Neighbor And Me

I could even choose the tattoo I want today. I pushed the door open. A little bell chimed above my head as I stepped inside. The air smelled faintly of antiseptic and ink. My heart raced. I turned around after closing the door, and that’s when I saw him. My neighbor. Yes, my hot next door neighbor. Walking toward me with an apron tied low around his waist. His hair, always falling lazily to the sides of his face, caught the light. The sleeves of his black shirt were rolled up, exposing his arms covered in tattoos that looked both dangerous and beautiful.

WHISPERS OF A HIDDEN HEART

she said, as if demanding payment. "W–what?" Jerome asked in confusion. "The book." "W–what book?" "Shadow Lady. The one that's missing." “Ah.” A sudden smile broke across his face as he realized what she meant. Jerome immediately went inside his unit and hurriedly searched for the book. The moment he found it, he returned and handed it over without hesitation to the neighbor who had been patiently waiting at his door. Upon receiving it, she simply turned her back on him, not even giving him the chance to say thank you.

CONTRACTED TO THE DON...AND HIS TWIN

CONTRACTED TO THE DON...AND HIS TWIN

His hands on the wheel looked almost relaxed. We ended up at this little neighborhood on the edge of the city I’d never been to before. Not the shiny downtown parts or the dangerous corners. Just normal streets with normal people. Kids riding bikes. An old lady walking her dog. Nico parked outside a small bookstore that looked like it had been there forever. The sign was faded, and books were stacked in the windows like they were trying to spill out onto the sidewalk. “Bookstore?” I asked, raising an eyebrow as we got out.

Chasing His Divorced Wife

"March is different from February. The light will have shifted. There'll be more people." "And that matters." "Places accumulate," she said. "Every time you return they're carrying more." She paused. "That's what the new book is about." "Then it's research." "Everything is research." She turned from the window. "Are you hungry." "We can order in." "Or walk. Find somewhere." "Your preference." She thought about it. "Walk. I want to be at street level. We found a place twelve blocks from the apartment, the kind that didn't need to advertise because the neighborhood already knew it.

Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn't Easy

Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn't Easy

Why would the Landry family take him in, much less give him so many things? He bit his lip and waited for the butler to get off his phone call, then shoved the keys back into his hand. "I don't want any of this. I have a nice place to live…" "You call that nice?" Jim let out a snicker. "Even though the house you live in is clean and well-kept, you don't even have a single neighbor living nearby. How can you call that a nice place to live in? "If you had even one neighbor, someone would've overheard what happened, and Nikki wouldn't have been able to fool us for so long.

Hey, author!! Don't you dare ending the story.. haha I enjoy all the problems they're having and how they always find a way to solve their problem no matter how difficult it is. One problem solved, another problem comes up.. and another and another.
Nora de Guzman
I've read this up to hundreds then I get bored. almost the same as others, Fl is dumb, she don't face the problem, always jumping to conclusions. She don't even analyze everything. The only story am satisfied with is the FL in " three little guardian angel " I recommend this story.
