Neil Flambe Novels & Stories

For a split second, I had wanted him to kiss me. The thought made my cheeks burn with shame and panic. He was Jade Neil, an arrogant, unpredictable playboy who had declared war on me the night we moved in. He was supposed to be my enemy, my partner in a fake, forced arrangement. I couldn't afford to let my guard down around him. If I fell for his dangerous charm, I would lose the only thing I had left: my independence. I took a deep, steadying breath, walking over to my vanity table to brush out my hair. "It was just adrenaline," I whispered to my reflection. "Nothing more."

I follow the blonde, evading her hand when she tries to link it through my arm. “Cain, finally.” Darius is sitting at the table next to a blonde boy, but Flame is nowhere to be seen. He gestures to the blonde boy. “This is Damien and I assume you’ve met Gale and Ollie. There’s also Emery and Leila…” He emphasises the last name, as if to remind me that Flame is using her middle name with the humans. “Have just popped upstairs to get their jackets.” “Here.” Gale places a plate down on the table and pats the chair. Some sort of filled tortilla’s are on the plate and they smell amazing.

AMARI FLEUR'S POV I was busy with my work when Neil sat beside me on the sofa while Aella was busy with her toys. Neil reached for the TV remote control and turned it on just in time for the Business News channel. It was his favorite channel, so Neil was so focused on watching. Suddenly, Aella came to Neil and sat on his lap; I smiled to see my son so happy. "And here's our top businessman of the year, Mr. Rafael Villarante," the Interviewer said. I stopped my work and then got my attention. I couldn't take my eyes off the TV, especially when Rafael was smiling.

I only stop the stream of fire when Ember tries to blast me with hers. “Do it, Kenna,” she says, asking me to kill her. “Gladly,” I snarl, sending another concussion bomb of fire and hatred at her and Merellien. She screams falling to the earth as Merellien burns alive on her back. Then, I turn my attention to Nylion who thought it would be a good idea to try and run from me. I send a stream of fire behind him, chasing him as he runs, toying with him the way he toyed with Laiken and Naevys. When I finally tire of playing with him, I light his legs on fire, watching him burn slowly.

Cleopatra hissed, looking at her bandage arm. "Well you got to be with Rexton... So did you two f**k?" Cheetah asked. "He's playing the hard to get card. Trust me one of these days, I'm gonna ride that d*ck" Cleopatra licked her lips. Cheetah chuckled and they sat down.. Next who came in was Flame with Cisco behind her. "C'mon s*xy, won't you tell me your name? Huh?" Cisco said but Flame ignored him Flame is the newest recruit of Aurelio's unit. Her and Cisco are both specialized in arm combats like karate and Taekwondo.

Their closeness felt like acid to Rose. Why? She didn't know but what she knew was, She didn't want to feel like this. He was a hypocrite bastard! Soon Vladimir took the dancing stage with his partner, near them. Liam Sullivan’s eyes glinted in twisted excitement when he noticed the rage, tension and anger in the eyes of his enemy. When he invited Rose for the date, he was sure Vladimir would follow. And here he was. Their eyes flashed together. Vladimir's eyes held rage. Unspoken yet loud. Liam held a mocking gaze. Vladimir at once understood the man was playing with Rose. They both were moving around the dance floor with their partners.

Though Neil and Adonis are like stark opposites, I guess they do have something in common. Gaming. Neil is pretty passionate about his work and career as the manager of one of the biggest, most expensive and influential construction companies in the city, but he literally transforms into a teenager when it’s time for gaming. I have always found it cute and adorable.

At once, he channeled all his internal energy into the spine of his sword, attempting to overpower the Shadow Palm. "Neil, be careful!" Lucia shrieked, her voice strained upon seeing what was about to unfold. Both forces faced head-on what was deemed to be a neck and neck battle. The anticipation was short-lived as Neil's blade shattered from the tip to the base like a shard of glass. The residual energy from the Shadow Palm bombarded Neil's soulless body, slamming it back to the ground. Thud! Neil’s almost lifeless body could barely be seen lying flat on the ground as the wafting cloud of dust gradually filled the valley of evil.

She said with full determination, and the media snapped heavily, not to miss anything. "What about her getting fired from her job?" One of the reporters questioned. "This scandal is about the relationship, but you took this to another level and affected her reputation," Brijesh said with a sly smile. "I will cure all your doubts. Here is the video clip sent by Mr. Henry Paul, the CEO of Umbryo Technologies."

Even James felt enfeebled, and he could not find the right words to describe Niel. Still, he clapped the man on the shoulder and said, "The promotion was for your father's sake. Irene Spencer wouldn't be the new director of Hotmesh Research if not for him, and shouldn't we respond in kind? If your father's death really was Irene's fault, and we're actually the villains, we'd just kill you after you harassed Irene so much. Why would we even waste our breath?" Neil flinched and asked in disbelief, "You mean… You'd kill me?"
