Having just arrived at the mysterious and apparently well-put-together Timber Creek School of Fine Arts, a timid nerd by the name of Porter Austin Fulton finds himself out of sorts as much as he had ever been back in his former hometown. I dial her rival's number, asking, "Ms. Swan, are you interested in Project Charlie?"
