With his words, in this mysterious place, a gust of wind appeared out of nowhere and blew with it the scent of spring, and it was immediately gone like a popping bubble without sounds.

Mayas pov The sedan’s motion was a dull, steady menace. It felt like a dream ,a nightmare in motion and yet every ache and bruise that mapped my body was indisputably real. The tender warmth of a nascent star kisses my form, each beam a caress upon my skin. This is the origin of my rebirth, a cocoon of luminous affection.
