When they tempted us, we should overcome them by refusing their temptation by the words of God. While they still don't have any customers, Daniele makes a quiet suggestion to him. While they are talking and debating the safety precautions, she clears the table of all objects and maps the floor. Do you still recall the verse from the Bible that reads, "Do not be overtaken by evils, but conquer evil with good? It appears somewhere in Romans chapter 12 verse 21 of Paul's letter. But before that, we must demonstrate to everyone that our love is genuine and sincere by ceasing to follow the norms of this world and becoming transformed by the renewing of our minds,” she says.

He took out his bible and read a passage there. "Psalm 82:1-5: 1 God has taken his place in the divine council; in the midst of the gods he holds judgment: 2 'How long will you judge unjustly and show partiality to the wicked? 3 Give justice to the weak and the fatherless; maintain the right of the afflicted and the destitute. 4 Rescue the weak and the needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked.' 5 They have neither knowledge nor understanding, they walk about in darkness; all the foundations of the earth are shaken."

“What the hell am I meant to do with this?” The monk’s eyes burned with irritation at his swear word and Eli gulped, whispering an apology. Turning away from him for a moment, he returned with a large bible and plopped it on the desk. “Open the book of proverbs chapter 30, verse 8. And read it aloud.” It took a moment for Eli to find it, but when he did, he cleared his throat and croaked. “‘Keep falsehood and lies far from me; give me neither povery nor riches, but give me only my daily bread.”

She remembered the Bible verse in the book of Deuteronomy 30:16 "In that, I command thee this day to love the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and the LORD thy God shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it. 30:17 But if thine heart turn away, so that thou wilt not hear, but shalt be drawn away, and worship other gods, and serve them; 30:18 I denounce unto you this day, that ye shall surely perish, and that ye shall not prolong your days upon the land, whither thou passest over Jordan to go to possess it." She had surely turned away from God. She didn't remember the last

"OMG! Then the people that died in the war, they didn't die for the country, they died for one strange man? Ok this shit is getting complicated." Mercury said, removing her glasses. "There is something we absolutely are so blind to see yet. Mercury I am getting the Bible, let's know what the verse in Hebrews has to tell us." I went in and covered the bible with a blanket as I made out with it. I took it at the back of our camp where Mercury sat waiting for me. Yuvonne was not in the room when I entered. If not, she could have asked the heck out of me. "Okay, so. We will be looking at Hebrews chapter six versus nineteen" I said as I flipped the Bible to get the page. When I found it, I read o

“ I woke up an hour ago to pray and study my Bible. I'm alright. I'm just feeling super excited. I honestly can't wait to say I do, to forever with you, Babe. ” Mira blushed at his message. “ What part of the Bible did you study today? And what stood out for you? ” Joseph shook his head, seeing how she had intentionally avoided the last part of the message. I was studying the book of Genesis and chapter 2 verse 18 stood out for me as it says, “ it's not good for a man to be alone. I'll make him a helper out of his flesh. ” Mira ruminates on that verse for a while before typing out a reply. “ God is so filled with knowledge and wisdom, isn't he? ”

By now I was already in my Bedroom, my haven as I will call it. " What should I do, Lord? " I mumbled as hot tears streamed down my face. Suddenly I remembered the verse in the Bible which says. << I will lift eyes to the hills _ from when we come tomy help? >> << My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and Earth. >> I suddenly felt comforted remembering this. Then I remembered another verse from the Bible. Which says. << Ask and it shall be given unto you, Seek and ye shall find, knock and it shall be opened unto you. >>

"We continue to study what the Bible says about Jesus Christ. In Mark 11:24, Jesus says, 'Therefore, I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will all be yours.' Ptr Kris read from the bible, adding, "In Luke 10:3, "Go, I am sending you out like lambs among wolves." Let's also look at verse 18,'I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven.' Verse 19,'I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemies; nothing will harm you." “Verse 20 says, ‘However, do not rejoice that the spirits submit to you, but rejoice that your name is written in heaven.’ “Ptr Kris continues, "This is the Word of God."

She opened her eyes and the contractile aperture in the chocolate brown coloured iris of large doleful eyes caught the letters, Luke 11:45 "For there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known" Sre knew that verse. He'd whispered those same words as he'd run his hard calloused palm down her naked body. Sreya could remember it all. Clearly. Too clearly. She could remember how he'd touch her. Gently drag his hand down her skin in a lover's caress. She could remember the appreciation in his eyes and the tears in hers.
