"If I may ask, what's your name?" Gosh, he talks a lot. Having had enough of him I stand up gathering my things and look for somewhere else to seat. I hear footsteps behind me. His lips are slightly curved, and he smiles both sarcastically and happily. The sound of the phone ringing tone with the volume set to maximum in his room was finally heard. Robin immediately turned off the shower to carefully listen to the call ringtone. “Tsk! You're just making me uncomfortable.” Robin smiled slightly again. His chest pounded happily, as if there were small invisible creatures jumping around inside.

I said joyfully and he nodded,his lips curved into a lame smile. “Let's not focus on your failure only,you have some few wins to brag about, Nico.One or two failures doesn't determine you.Even though you have failed some few times,I know you gave it your best shot.”I smiled to cheer him up and he smiled back at me. Nico's gaze lingered on my neck and he frowned.His jaw twitched and veins popped on his forehead.He stretched his hand and ran his fingers over my neck. “Who did this to you!”He asked and I could feel the rage in his voice…

The slap echoed in the small room, sharp and final. Nico’s head whipped to the side. Slowly, he turned back to me, and instead of anger, a grin spread across his face. “Hmmm,” he murmured, touching his jaw. “Now that’s the fire I like.”

The scar on his cheek is jagged and red in the candlelight. He smiles. It’s the smile from the wedding photos. The smile that charmed my grandmother. The smile that hid a monster. "Oh, would you look at that? It's a handsome guy!" Quirking a questioning brow he watched in light amusement as Robin struggled to keep steady on her feet. "You know you, you look really handsome." "Is that so?" Nodding her head with her eyes closed she let out a small hiccup. It took everything in him not to burst out in laughter. Smirking at her compromising situation Robin noticed the coy expression he had on. "Wha-What are you laughing at?" She slurred. Shaking his head he shrugged his shoulders in answer but that only seemed to bother her more.
