She didn't stop me. .... Aideen's (P.O.V) Morning came I thought it's just a dream but I'm still looking at her beautiful morning face. Last night was remarkably good. I was her first and probably her last. I hug her under the sheets and closed my eyes again 'you are mine now my beautiful Rose' ROSEANNA'S (P.O.V) I woke up feeling tired and swollen. I look around only to realize I wasn't in my room. I directly sat and noticed that I'm naked. I blinked many times giving me a headache.

The guards voice came out rough and threatening but she ignored it. She showed them Damian's card which Renzo gave her... " I am here for Mr. Knight..." Guards examined the card and called jack, jack came outside when the guards told him that a girl is here to meet their boss... Jack saw her and his eyes narrowed in confusion... "Hii, I am jack and you are ?" He gave a beautiful charming smile to a beautiful girl standing in front of him... Rose didn't returned his smile she just nodded and replied... "Hello Mr. Jack, I am Rose Mr. Knight's new bodyguard, Renzo send me here."

“I’ve said all I can. Just try to sleep, Rose. Tomorrow’s going to be a long day.” With that, Judy slipped out of the room. Rose was alone with her thoughts. In a short while she fell asleep. **** It was the sound of banging on the door that woke her up the next morning. Her eyes shot open and her eyes fell on Grim Nosferatu standing in the doorway. “Get out of bed now and come with me!” He commanded.

The morning came too quickly, almost as if the night had lost its power. Rosa hadn’t slept a wink. She'd spent the night watching her aunt's chest rise and fall in a steady pace. Aunt Nardine had fallen asleep, murmuring prayers under her breath, but Rosa’s mind refused to rest. Did she do the right thing? Then, thoughts of bills, eviction notices, job applications that went nowhere and her aunt's medical bills flashed across her mind. Her lips pressed into a thin line.

“Good day, Ma’am. Am I onto Miss Celine ?” I frowned slightly and answered, “Yes, speaking.” “Good day, Ma’am. We are calling from the Bluebird Entertainment Agency. You are to appear for an audition with the next set of people tomorrow by 9 a.m. Have a nice day, Ma’am.” The call ended just like that — no chance to even ask a question. For a moment, I just stood there, the phone still pressed to my ear. Beside me, Tessa’s mouth hung open.

I opened the door just a few inches and saw a small cardboard box sitting on the carpet with no name and no return address, so I pulled it inside and opened the lid while the others crowded around me to see what was inside. Resting on a bed of white tissue paper was a single rose made of delicate glass and the stem was broken in half so it looked dead and jagged, and I knew immediately that it was a message from Elena Romano because that rose was the symbol of the investment firm we had burned down in Berlin.

Just an older man with silver hair and eyes like oil; slick, dark, unreadable. They called him consigliere. Advisor. Manipulator. He smiled at her like he knew everything. Including why she was here. She avoided him for the rest of the day. But that night, as she cleaned the study, she found something. A black notebook, half-buried under a pile of folders. Inside, dates. Payments. Names. Including her father’s. One name was underlined in red. "Project 5B : Initiated by A.D." She blinked. Her breath caught.

“What are these creatures? How do you control them?” Fagan heaved, coughed . . . no, laughed at August. “Throw a line into the sky and piss up that rope, Roman. Then start climbing.” August drew the dagger out of Fagan’s shoulder joint and spat on him. He wiped the dagger on the folds of the druid girl’s robe and stepped on her shoulder to boost himself to the narrow ledge about the chamber of bones. She screamed out once, but the shout came out guttural like he punched her lower. That sort of confused him, but he moved on. He hugged the wall and moved back the way he came, ignoring Fagan’s laughs and gasps for air.

“No.” Her eyes tightened, and she began to turn from me but I stopped her. I cupped her face, my thumb running against her bottom lip. “You were a full-blown collision,” I said with as much conviction as I could convey. She was so much more than a mere impression. “And I’m still reeling from the aftershocks. Nothing in my life has been right since that night, Natasha.” She drew in a ragged breath, the wetness clearing from her eyes. She held up her glass. “Here’s to new beginnings.”

Not something Eclipsa would choose but I'm guessing choices are limited in wherever they are. "I love you guys. Please tell them when you see them. I love you all so fucking much. It hurts." "I'm sure it does. But you'll be fine. Anastasia, you need to finish this. The alpha won't believe you, so you've been gathering proof. It's in the roses. Check the roses. Okay?" I pulled back, and her thumb brushed over my eyes. "You've always been different from us. We're here with you, Ana. You can get to us whenever. I'm not sure how. There's something different about where we are. We're dead, but also trapped somewhere bad. But I know we're with you."
