Seven Magics Academy

Seven Magics Academy

The notion of a realm full of dragons excited and terrified me. Pops studied me. "Are you ready to go?" My mind raced like it might explode. According to Pops, the dragons couldn't kill me nor I them, so I needed to put my big-girl pants on and just do it. "And you're sure there's time?" I liked the idea of training. After all the mistakes I'd made, jumping into another one and expecting to defeat Sharra seemed immature, especially since I might end up killing my parents or Troy in the process. But the darkness would be here in - I looked at the digital calendar on Pops' desk. The darkness would be here in fourteen days. Two weeks!

The Dragon Emperor Found Me With a Cub

The Dragon Emperor Found Me With a Cub

“Eat first, okay? I’ll give you more if it’s not enough.” His ears would turn red, and he would lower his head to enjoy his dinner with his full attention. There was another thing. He was afraid of the dark. I never forgot how he had curled up inside the wardrobe that first night, so I always left a small night light on for him. He never said anything about it, but the next day, the light had been quietly moved closer to his bed. Also, he was easily startled by loud noises. Once, I dropped a plate. The moment it shattered, he jolted up instantly. His dragon horns and scales appeared, and his pupils contracted into a thin line.

Married to the Human's enemy: The Werewolf Prince

Roselle however had experienced it once, but that was when she was still a child, so she already knew how it felt. Back home, if one of them would ever have a nightmare, they were required to immediately confess everything that they saw to the head of the family, the dragon keeper. This was a rule of the house that must not be broken, and everyone could only take it seriously because they knew that their nightmares had a very high chance of coming true in reality. They must never hide it if they ever had a disturbing nightmare especially the ones related to upcoming disasters – be it natural or manmade. The reason was because there would still have the chance to do something to stop the disa

RECLAIMED BY THE ALPHA KING

RECLAIMED BY THE ALPHA KING

~NORA~ "Well, something caught my interest." She said as her face flushed with shades of pink. I knew that look—she found something that caught her interest. I could not help but wonder who it was. If it happened to be someone I knew, "..so back to our conversation, what's your dream? What was it all about?" Lilith asked. "I've been having strange nightmares about a black dragon plunging his claws into my heart and sometimes his fangs directly below my ears," I explained to her as she concentrated on me.

The Dragon's Silent Shadow

The Dragon's Silent Shadow

She would let the Viper think he had caught a mouse. She opened the panel and stepped into the darkness of the service tunnels. Sleep well, Prince, she thought, her violet eyes flashing in the gloom. Because the Dragon is in your house now. Later that night, the silence of the North Tower was heavy. Tristan lay in his bed, staring at the canopy. The fire had burned down to embers, casting long, dancing shadows across the room. From the alcove near the window, he heard the soft, rhythmic breathing of the girl.

Moonlit Mischief: A Shift in the Heart

Moonlit Mischief: A Shift in the Heart

I could see that he was genuinely worried. “Yes, it was just a nightmare. A chillingly lifelike and haunting dream...” I mumbled, my voice sounded groggy. It was just a nightmare, right? A small chuckle escaped me and I looked up at him. “I guess that is why it’s called a nightmare. Night terrors often feel incredibly realistic.” I could still feel the remnants of fear lingering in my mind, as if the dream had embedded itself into my thoughts. The more I tried to shake it off, the stronger its grip on me became.

Geez, Sis. I cried. Why did Albus so cruel to separate Astrid and Draco? At first, I burst out laughing because I read that a dragon can drink beer, but after a while, my tears flowed without me realizing it. Well, It turns out that Astrid had fallen in love with the black dragon. Poor Astrid. Why?

Horror Nights

Horror Nights

He just didn't want to see it. Now, on the forty-first night, the nightmare is worse than ever. His face is turning pale. His lips are blue. In his dream, he is drowning. I can feel it—the terror radiating from his small body like heat from a furnace. His heartbeat is a drum. His breath is a thread about to snap. I want to help him. I want to wake him up. I want to flip him over. But the blanket is pulled tight. And the rule is absolute.

Broken Nightmare

“You know, the night when you woke up.” What is he talking about? “Uh, in case you haven't noticed, I haven't exactly been awake since I got healed.” Nathan looked even more confused. “You mean, you don't remember what happened that night?” “...did something happen?” Nathan stared at me for a moment longer before shaking his head and the confusion was left behind with relief. “No, I just told you I was training you. We start in next week,” he said and got up to leave. Somehow, I feel like that wasn't it. What happened while I was asleep? -

This is a really unique and fun story. It has more action than steam and the confusion that the narrator feels is duplicated in the reader, but with curiosity. Good length, good vocabulary and writing. Totally enjoyable!
