Nightmare Before Christmas Wedding Ceremony Novels & Stories

"Now that the paperwork is handled, let’s get these four hitched before the Coven decides to RSVP." The pack erupted in cheers as Kyle and Bryce stepped forward to join their mates. "Welcome to the 'No Returns, No Exchanges' portion of the evening," Elena joked, stepping into the role of officiant. "Bryce, Kyle, you both look like you’re about to faint. Please try to stay upright for at least ten more minutes." The ceremony was a blur of laughter and light. When it came time for the vows, the humor died down, replaced by a raw, ancient romanticism.

I noticed almost everyone in the wedding ceremony wore the same type of necklace. I felt a sense of mistrust run through my body, I thought of running, but as I saw my aunt's face smiling at me I behaved myself. I and Konrad stood at the holy altar, we looked into each other's faces. I saw a priest walking toward us to begin the marriage ceremony. " If anyone has anything against this marriage; he or she can talk now or remain silent forever." The priest said. He looked at Konrad and me. A loud growl is heard from one of the gates of the mansion. I and the wedding guests look towards the gate. We watched as the giant metallic gate flew over the air and landed on the floor, creating a dusty s

"Now, the Alpha and Luna will exchange the eternal mating bands!" It was time. I pulled out my phone and texted: "Take them down." Bang! The ballroom doors burst open. A dozen heavily armed Elite Enforcers stormed in. They moved fast and surrounded the bride and groom on stage in seconds. Guests screamed in terror. The fancy hall turned into a madhouse. "What is the meaning of this?!" Jaxon roared. "How dare you crash my mating ceremony?!" Hattie clung to his arm. She was pale as a ghost but tried to look brave.

White and golden streamers created elegant arcs between balloons, and everything was luxurious. The archway made out of white roses was set on a podium in the garden, ready for the main ceremony that was scheduled at sunset. The ceremony will resemble a wedding, and Tatiana and Maddox mentioned to their human guests that they are worshiping the Moon and Nature; the couple hoped that will be enough to explain the Shaman and strange chants which will include words such as Alpha and Luna and blessings of the Moon Goddess. After the ceremony, there will be dinner, followed by endless snacks and drinks until late into the night.

At 9:30 they drove me to the venue — the grand cathedral downtown that Dad had booked the second the Harringtons agreed. The place was already packed when we arrived. I saw Tyler through the large glass wall that separated the waiting room from the main ceremony space. He was standing at the altar in his tux, smiling brightly the moment he spotted me. Happy. Triumphant. Like he’d already won the game. Which I think he has. They kept me in the waiting room because the priest was running a few minutes late. I stood behind the thick glass, staring out at the sea of faces — wealthy guests, flashing cameras, my family seated in the front row like this was a victory parade instead of a funeral.

I could see the lights blinking, the lenses turning, journalists and photographers who had come for the ceremony now pointing everything they had at the woman in the green dress standing alone in front of two hundred empty chairs under a spotlight. I sat down. I kept my back straight and my chin level, and I looked forward at the altar, and I did not look at the cameras. The ceremony had already begun. The Elder stood at the front, the same kind of Elder who had stood at our mating ceremony, robes and ceremonial blade and all of it, and Nicholas stood beside him in a dark suit that had been chosen carefully. He looked at me. And he smiled. Not warmly. The way someone smiled when a plan was g

It feels as though they’re almost showing me the same reverence they hold for Zane. Mesmerizing Zane sounds good to me. “Okay,” I agree, accepting their help. Zane has planned everything. I didn’t have to arrange my own wedding—no choosing colors, food, cake, or venue, and no wedding shopping. This isn’t your typical wedding; it’s a werewolf mating ceremony, and I have no idea what to expect. I’ll just appear in the Grand Hall. If it’s anything like a human wedding, it should go well.

“This will be bigger than I imagined.” “Well, we found the decorations that Ivory made. Your mother changed the whole theme, so what she made is what it is going to look like. It will be a two-part ceremony. First part is a luna ceremony for our pack in the morning and the evening is when we will party and have the mating ceremony.” “Has that ever been done before?” Wade asked. “Doubt it, but you try telling Susan no.” Dad shook his head. Mom is very hard-headed when she had an idea in her head.

Down the aisle was another arch where Damon, his mother, and his brother were waiting for me with a smile. It looked a lot like a wedding, except that I wasn't in a wedding dress and Damon wasn't in a suit. He had a black shirt and blue jeans on. "Why does it look like I'm about to get married?'" I asked Damon through the mental link. He smiled and said, " That is because, for werewolves, this is a wedding. It's the Luna ceremony and the mating ceremony." My face must have shown horror at the last sentence because he laughed, No, we don't mate in front of everyone; we do it after the ceremony."

Before I could respond, she was gone. +++++++ The ceremony took place in the mansion's grand hall, transformed into something out of a fairy tale. White roses everywhere, their scent thick and cloying. Crystal chandeliers throwing rainbow light across marble floors. A string quartet playing soft music. And people. So many people. Men in expensive suits with cold eyes and expensive watches. Women dripping in diamonds and designer gowns. The elite of the criminal underworld, gathered to witness Luca Moretti claim his prize. I walked down the aisle alone. No father to give me away, he'd already done that, sold me like livestock. My hands shook as I clutched a bouquet of white lilies, funeral fl
