The purple flesh didn't bleed; it exploded into a fine, gray powder that smelled of burnt sugar and old paper, the creature’s massive body collapsing onto the tracks in two separate, lifeless pieces. The remaining monsters stopped their harvest, their multiple rows of teeth twitching as they felt the sudden, violent termination of their pack mate’s frequency. They turned as a unit, their violet eyes locking onto the bleeding American girl who stood between them and their food. From the top of the entrance stairs, Kaden let out a roar of absolute fury as he saw her surrounded. He abandoned his position, his massive black form hurtling down the length of the platform, but he was too far away.

Choppers lifted into the smoky night, the elite squad whisked away, leaving the hunter army to finish clearing the settlement. Sophie stared out the side of the chopper as it lifted off. The streets below ran red, human bodies stacked among the wolves. She gripped her bloodied knives, her chest tight. This, this slaughter, was what she had always wanted. To kill monsters. To protect humanity. But as the smoke thinned, her stomach turned. The monsters hadn’t all looked so monstrous. She felt ill. Every instinct told her to stop this killing. The little girl screamed and screamed, the sound grating on Damonq as she threw herself to the opposite side of the blue dragon, away from the monster. Her hand slipped, and she shrieked again as she dropped into space. Damonq caught her in his arms. Instantly she began to fight.

It was all tiled over. The first thing she saw was the Flashlight, lying on the floor flickering a bit. The first thing she heard was Peggy crying. Then she saw him. IT. Illuminated dimly by the flashlight on the floor. He had long hair that came down to his chin, his eyes were slits that glowed green. Shiny in the partial darkness, an aquiline nose and a mouth full of bared sharp teeth. The monster had the semblance of the person from that horrible night. He held Peggy in front of him, by the shoulders just as he had held her. Tears streamed Peggy’s face uncontrollably. Yet, she mouthed the words “Run!” to Hailey. It broke something in Hailey.

The monster growled painfully as he staggered out of the collapsed building and looked in the direction where he stood earlier,it was empty as the Ninja girl was gone. "You shouldn't have come, since you came,show yourself"the monster roared as his eyes scanned the vicinity. "Here I am,"Speed (Mira) said from the top of a tall building where she sat as she drank her coffee calmly. Furiously,the monster whooshed off from far from the area. He sped back in a blink of an eye, since he didn't have a flight ability,he leaped up to the building and sent a powerful punch to the building which made the building shake vigorously and begin to collapse.
