"If they can send a feeling of violation... can I send one of unity? Of strength?" Nolan's eyebrows rose, a spark of intrigued light in his ancient eyes. "Theoretically... yes. The Goddess's gift is one of connection. To feel the pack's heart is also to speak to it. To reinforce it. But to do so consciously, as a shield... it would require immense focus. And a catalyst." My eyes fell on the moonstone dagger. The crack in its hilt still pulsed with a soft, steady silver light, having rejected the crimson flare of the intrusion.

I looked up, my vision still a bit blurry with frustration, and it was the happy couple, Echo and Etenia, their faces beaming. Echo's eyes went wide, his mouth agape. "Genesis!" He gasped out, the name a startled breath. Etenia squinted her eyes, narrowing them suspiciously, and raised a skinny finger in my direction. "What are you doing here?" I scoffed, a short, sharp sound, and pushed past them both, my anger bubbling beneath the surface, threatening to erupt.

Nayna explained. "Kratus?" "Yes... The God of Monster." Nayna said then continued. "Kratus is the God of Plague. If he gets hungry we are offered to this God. A God with 12 arms. He can eat an animal whole!" She explained. Of course, her hair turned white. She is scared also. "This..."

Trisha comments. "He certainly looks like those guys with properly built body!" Ana comments. "Are you girls for real?" Kenzy asks. " Don't tell me you already undressed them with your eyes, " Kenzy says amidst laughter. "You girls should stop overhyping them. They are hot, yes we saw that. But your descriptions are off!" Karis says. "I wonder. Someone who didn't see them, would mistake then for one Demi-God!" Kenzy laughs. "Kenz, I pray God blesses you with two more eyes. Because I see this one's you have aren't helping you in any way. You say we are overhyping them. Karis case is understandable, she behaves more like a lesbian!" Trisha says.

He asked Tres about it and he said that she was Demeter—the goddess of food, basically. James looked up and saw that once again, the high ceiling was painted with extreme attention to detail. This time however, instead of Zeus or Poseidon, it was of fields of wheat, corn, fruit trees, and cattle grazing in prairies. There were numerous beautiful, petite-framed women dancing in the fields and laying offerings at the feet of a seated Demeter. Suddenly, Tres broke into his concentration. “I think my popularity points just went up a few notches.” “What? Why do you say that?” asked James.

This feels deeper, stronger. My gaze drifts over to the coneflowers, still standing tall in the garden, unaware of the chaos running through me. I take a step closer, extending a hand, curious. The energy swirling inside me shifts, like it’s begging to be used. I’ve always been able to summon water from a nearby source, but this feels different. I can feel moisture in the air itself, waiting, ready to obey.

While I was looking at everyone, I noticed my mom looking at me and she put her eyebrow up. “What?” I asked her. “Pick a person already. Make them sad and then make them happy. Then let go of it.” Mom instructed. “He has a Spirit Affinity then?” Rose asked my mom. “Yes, he’s been sitting there playing with it.” She smirked and shook her head. I decided to use Eros. He was the God of Love so if I could make him sad then everyone would know. He must have guessed what I was about to do. He got a huge smile on his face and crossed his arms over his chest.

I nodded shyly as if I agreed with what he had said. He stared at me for a moment and sighed. He lowered the goblet containing an expensive wine that could be equivalent to one month's supply of our food at home. "It's okay if you want to keep your identity. Your name here is Magda? It's cool anyway." he complimented. "You know what, Magda, you have the vibe of a person I've been searching for for so long." he shared. I gulped after hearing it. Is he talking about the person he's been searching for for so long is... me?

She could feel the black soft soil under her feet tickling her as she stepped. She giggled as her eye met a bird, Her giggle was disputed by a cry, she gasps looking around walking in deep towards the cry of a deer. Her eyes fell upon one, wound by a thorn full branch, his antler stuck between the dry branches of dead bushes. She let out a gasp freezing on her feet as the pair of eyes stare back at her.
